The company completed my roof in one day and the shingles I chose look wonderful. Had a leak in my roof over my bathroom that was dripping into my bathroom. Heavy rain and winds caused a lot of it to come in and my floor had lots of water. I contact Renoir Restoration in the morning and they had someone there right away. The gentlemen that came were very polite. Didn’t take them long to find the damage. They were quick and very tidy in the repair. They even took the time to blow any debris on my driveway into the grass and also blew the leaves off my back deck. Jean Rish & his team at Renoir Restoration replaced the roof on our home in 2011. We had a great experience, so when the dryer vent on the roof of our rental home began leaking about 2 weeks ago, I called Jean to obtain an estimate for repairing the roof leak & to determine whether the roof has enough damage to qualify for replacement under an insurance claim. Jean informed me that Renoir no longer does roof repair, but he would gladly complete a free assessment of the roof's condition.It was raining the day I spoke with Jean. I informed him that another roofing company had sealed exposed nail heads, but the leak was still active. Jean said that we needed to get the leak stopped ASAP. About 15 minutes later, Jean texted me & advised that his repair guys would be at the home within 30 minutes to take preventative action to stop the leak.When I arrived at our rental home, Jean's crew was preparing to leave. The crew lead informed me that he had gone into the attic to assess the location of the leak, and they completed preventative measures to stop the leak.This afternoon, Jean evaluated the home's roof to determine whether it would qualify for replacement by our insurance company. We have a very complicated (and very high off the ground!!) roofline, so we wanted to make sure we used a seasoned crew who is used to working with more custom type, complicated applications.
