This was my third project on my home with Truguard. They let me know that the job schedule was pushing back due to weather. Once the weather cleared, they showed up exactly when they said they would, cleaned up at the end of each day and worked until the project was completed. They used quality materials and installed it with great workmanship. I was very please with the finished product. I will use them again if another project presents itself.

Where do I begin? We met Jason at a home show. He was super friendly and informative. We met a few weeks later to talk about possibilities in our bathroom. Once we were set with a design for our new shower, we were connected with Joseph F. and his team. They were phenomenal. They stayed in contact with us. Worked with our last minute change. Sent us progress photos. Answered all of our questions. They were timely and the finished product is all that I dreamed of. I highly recommend them. Vinyl Siding replaced with Hardie Plank. I must start by saying that I have fallen in LOVE with my house all over again. Everything about my experience with Trueguard was amazing, (from the sales to the finish). I did go over budget but it was completely explained to me before the project began what might cause a price increase and I was ALWAYS informed of repairs and increases before they were done, and I had to approve them before hand. Some items which increased my cost were add-ons. Every question I had was answered. If something was not done right they got it done. I was ALWAYS able to reach a person on the phone if I had questions. ( That means a lot in today’s world). Anyway if you want a Company that has Great products, does Great work in a timely manner with WONDERFUL workers who come to work and get it done and get it right then TRUGUARD is it!!!!

TruGuard is fantastic! We updated our home over the last year and now that the interior is complete, it was time to tackle the exterior. The roof was 10 years old but had sprung a leak so we upgraded to a architectural shingle with a much longer life. A few weeks later, we had remnants of a hurricane pass over Charlotte and no damaged suffered. The windows went in a few weeks later and what a massive improvement. With the cold temps, our original windows were so drafty, the curtains would move on windy days. Now, our house is tight, the windows are clear and installation was super simple.Having worked with a lot of contractors over the years, it's refreshing to have a contractor communicate, show up, do great work. We had Hardie siding sofit and facial installed. The team was outstanding. Very professional from the sales to general manager to finance department and the hard working institutions crew. We might pay a little more than a fly by night company but the piece of mind and warranty override the savings . Maybe in the long run it would cost more. I have never done business with this company in my life. Although I am looking for roofer and a tub removed for a walk in shower. We had some siding that was peeling, they replaced that, and installed new guttering and downspouts. Very pleased with the work. Jake went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with everything that was done. He climbed onto the roof to wipe some dirty hand prints left from the installation. Truguard did an excellent job in converting the kids bathtub to a walk in shower and upgrading my master walk-in shower. The job was scheduled for four days but they were able to complete the project in three days. My husband and I are both very satisfied and would definitely recommend. We hired TruGuard to replace our siding. We met with Kyle and he inspected our house and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We decided to go with them to do our siding. Great decision!! We met Jason, Jake and Ethan. They were so kind and helpful. They answered all the questions we had and explained things to us. Our siding was bad and we had several places with rotted wood which they found and showed to us. They stopped working in that area until they had the material to tear it all out and replace with new wood. We are seniors and a lot of people think that because you’re old you are dumb. That was far from the case with everyone involved. They treated us with respect and dignity. Great crew doing the work. Worked extremely hard and cleaned up after themselves. Jason and Ethan were available by phone and email if we had any questions. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their siding fixed or replaced. They are very honest and you can depend on them to do what they say they’ll go. Great TruGuard team. We appreciate you.

UPDATE: TruGuard installed my gutters several years ago and did a great job. I just had them install a new roof on my house yesterday. The team was quick, professional, and they did quality work. TruGuard gave me exceptional service from beginning to end!! I contracted for a new walk-shower to replace old tub. Joseph Foley was my project manager and he kept me updated each week with status, supply order, etc. The communication was so awesome and showed how much he cared for his customers. Mark and Rich were the installers who worked hard all day and kept me updated. I was originally told the job might be a 2-day project. These guys were able to complete the job in one day since there were no issues and they were willing to work into early evening to complete this project for me. They were hard-working, diligent, professional and friendly!! What a wonderful group of dedicated professionals to work with and I would recommend them for your next project. The TruGuard team replaced my shower. The team was professional and responsive. When on-site, their team was friendly and performed the project quickly. Due to a few circumstances, the project did get pushed back by about a month beyond the original date, but they did a good job of communicating with me about it regularly and keeping me updated. TruGuard was hired to add covers to the gutters that run along the backside of our house. We have a large number of trees in the backyard that constantly fill the gutters with leaves and debris. In addition to the guards, they also replaced a piece of siding that had been blown down during a storm. From start to finish, our experience with TruGuard was exceptional!Scheduling the initial meeting with our consultant, Rex Barnick was easy and timely. During the meeting, Rex did an excellent job of presenting options to solve our issues. He was fact-based, professional, and interested in our needs, not just closing a sale. We agreed on the work to be done and almost immediately was contacted by a project manager that handled the scheduling. On the day of the work, Ethan Williams was the supervisor that handled the crew and communication with us. The work was done was quickly but with exceptional quality. Demo bathtub install walk-in shower in place. Water proofing was installed around our existing window & it looks absolutely beautiful.The day of installation our drain cover had not come in but they did leave a standard so the shower could be used. When the part came in they called but we had another appointment. They agreed to meet @ our home & were there waiting when we arrived home.In addition, our project manager Joseph Folly went shopping the day of installation when the shower head was not as ordered.We were very impressed by the personal touch & extra attention Joseph gave to this job that we are looking to them for windows & skylights in the future.

We have been extremely impressed with TruGuard from day one and look forward to doing business with them in the future. After finding a leak in our laundry room, we were dreading having to replace the roof but after an inspection, John assured us it was just the pipe boots which was a huge relief. They replaced the pipe boots despite an unexpected traffic incident that held them up and throughout the time in question, I was getting updates. Everyone we spoke to was professional and friendly and genuinely helpful. The amazing thing about this company is that they have the personalized customer service of a small company but are large and diverse to tackle any project. It's nice when you find people you trust and can depend on them to do more than one job! From start to end, all the employees we worked with were professional, honest and fun. We had the siding replaced on our house and it is gorgeous. I am beyond happy that we chose TruGuard. I have and will keep recommending them to all my friends. The next big expense is going to be replacing our windows, and when that time comes we will be calling up TruGuard once again.
