We were in town for a week and wouldn't you know that the day before we were to leave we found siding off our home. We did not know if mice, squirrels, or raccoons had been in the Hardy Board. We went to Intercoastal Roofing and Kirk came to look at damage. We had Charlie and Mike here the next day and determined it was actually a water leak that had caused the damage. They were right on it. Fixed all damage and even did some additional caulking. We are always so pleased with this company. Honest, Punctual and always send personnel that can get the job done. Intercostal Roofing came to our home on Oak Island to investigate a small leak that had recently developed. They came by to inspect the roof quickly, determined the roof was in good shape but the boots and vent covers were deteriorating. Got us a reasonable price quickly and completed the work replacing those items a short time after the initial visit. We were not even under contract with Intercoastal roofing yet. Our product was delivered in the middle of the driveway. This was not the fault of intercoastal roofing and an emergency. Within one hour they came over to move it. Outstanding and five stars for sure.

This job was a renovation of an existing garage. JT & Kirk immediately scheduled an appointment to bid the job and discuss various options. Within a few days, I received an email with a very professionally written estimate/proposal. We had some setbacks (on our end) that ultimately put the job on hold for 6 months. In June, I reached back out to Intercoastal Roofing. Having some concerns over the final bid, we decided that we would handle a few things ourselves ... painting type stuff. They immediately revisited the bid, made changes and even came up with alternative solutions to help save us money.Within in a couple of weeks the project began. They arrived when they said they would and handled every unforeseen setback gracefully. Kirk personally addressed whatever concerns my wife and I had and handled it immediately. Within three weeks, our job was completed and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, and most importantly the rare aspect of showing up when they said they would show up. WE highly recommend utilizing this company. They truly went above and beyond ... the extra mile! BTW - their company name does not reflect the multitude of services that they provide. A raccoon had chewed a hole in my roof. I needed help and help fast! These folks responded immediately to my needs and within 48 hours had inspected the roof, gave me a very (and I mean very) fair price and fixed the roof to satisfaction.
