We were extremely pleased with the entire process from meeting with Lake the sales representative , the step by step communication( which included prompt scheduling of the installation). We were especially pleased with the installation process. The men that installed the gutters and downspouts were courteous by responding to our questions and including us in some design decisions. In addition they were efficient, safe and cleaned up the work site. Thank you to everyone involved.

I contacted LeafGuard after more than 10 years since my installation of gutters because I needed service. The gutters have been great all these years and the problem was nothing to do with the installation or the quality, but rather something that happened to my house structurally and some adjustments needed to be made to the gutters so they would drain properly.. The service technicians came right away. Promptly and we’re very professional and friendly. I would use this company over and over again.

LeafGuard was one of 3 companies that came out to give us quotes on replacing our gutters, and by far were the most professional, knowledgeable, and offered the highest quality product. We worked with Evan to determine what the best option for our home would be and despite delays on our end and evaluating all of the options, Evan remained patient and pleasantly followed up asking if there were any questions or anything he could do on our end to help with the decision. We did take advantage of reaching out to current LeafGuard customers and heard nothing but positive things. While we were already leaning towards LeafGuard, hearing those affirmations along with Evan's support helped us make our decision to go with LeafGuard. When it came time for the install, we had a bird's nest in one of our windows so we asked the installers, Darren & Chase, to be as careful as possible as to not hurt or disrupt the baby birds (who ironically hatched that same exact morning). They were very mindful and worked diligently to finish the section by the bird's nest as fast as possible, so I can happily say the baby birds are as cute as ever and look like they're almost ready to fly off :-) We are happy with our choice, the gutters look beautiful and blend right in with the rest of our home, and really appreciate all of Evan and team's support and excellent customer service they've provided throughout!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDThe installers are employed by Leaf Guard, they are Not contractors. About 3 weeks ago, we had the new gutters installed. I was very impressed when Evan wore a Go-Pro and climbed all around the gutters! The video he showed was really neat, showing us the old gutters and possible problems.Gutter day came and the guys did a great job and were very professional; but they also chatted with my husband and he enjoyed that. They worked in a synchronized way !!A few days ago, I noticed some discolored portion of one of the eaves, right where the gutter ended. I called Leaf Guard and they were going to send someone out. This morning I got a call, the guys were in the area and stopped by to check out the eaveThey explained to me the other eaves were not "wrapped" by them. I felt a bit foolish. Well, the 2 guys, Chase and Daron got their ladder out and cleaned up the area on the eave where it was yucky. Then, they painted it white! It looks brand new! I can not rave enough about this company. They are awesome. They are definitely a customer oriented business. I'm the second owner on my property but SafeGuard still honored their warranty. Darren came and cleaned all my gutter, made sure they were still aligned for proper drainage and was also very informative regarding care and points to watch. It's not often these days that I deal with such a reputable company. They treated me like a new customer. Their service is amazing. FIVE STARS!!! Only cause I can't give more. Thank you!

LeafGuard of Cincinnati is one company that is true to its word. It stands behind the products and service they provide. I had them install gutters on my property, and about 9 years later, I contacted them to fix a section of the gutter accessories that were broken and hanging loose.A couple of days later, Tommy and Will came and did the repairs seamlessly. No excuses, and not getting the runaround as some other companies put you through. This company just responds to issues with its prior jobs expediently, courteously, and very professionally. At least, that has been my experience with them. Thank you, LeafGuard!!

Exceptional professionalism!! Tommy & Will kept me informed of all phases of the installation. Their work ethics are superior...a real rarity!! They took only 1short break which was lunch and that was it...kept on trucking through the job with much expertise & pride! The install was on a home being remodeled. Even though there was no manicured landscaping/turf it was all carefully inspected making sure no screws, nails etc were left behind. I wish all projects went this smooth! 5 STARS HANDS DOWN! Best home improvement I have ever done. Everyone was really nice. They did the job in a day and cleaned up when they were done. I got home from work and you couldn't even tell they had been there except for the awesome gutters. Before getting my LeafGuard gutters every time it rained the water would come into my garage. Since having them installed the rain stops about two feet from the garage door. I wish I had them installed when the house was built!! The only regrets we have; is we didn't have them installed years earlier.Leaf Guards and the 6" gutter upgrade to our home are one of the best money spent.The back gutter used to run over onto the ground every time it rained ruining the ground below it. With our Leaf Guards and upgraded 6" gutter system no longer any problems with run over.We bought the downspout clean outs on each down spout and sure glad we did, makes clean out of small debris an easy task.SHOUTS OUT TO LEAFGUARD

We had our gutters and downspouts installed as well as the fascia wrapped in the Spring of 2021. The sales representative Evan was extremely knowledgable & professional. He explained how the system worked and answered all of our questions. The installers were equally good. Very thorough and respectful of our property. These guys are awesome. I got my gutters 4 years ago and literally haven't touched them since. The sales rep Evan that did my estimate was very informative and awesome. They installed them while I was at work so I didnt even need to be here. When I got home they looked great and you would never know Leaf Gaurd was even there. I had one issue after the installation but one quick call to Evan and they were out the next day to fix it. All in all my experience has been and continues to be great. I can't recommend these guys and their product more! Just have them come out and talk to you, you'll see what I mean. Awesome awesome awesome!Service: Gutter installation

I was hesitating buying new gutters because my roof would need replaced in the near future so the salesman told me that's not a problem because they come out and remove and reinstall the gutters for any home work that's needs done for the life of the gutter system and everything included. It has taken 4 phone calls total to get a call back on this issue and the first thing they said was let me get you a quote for that work because its not included. One of their competitors told me that this is what they commonly do to sell their gutters.
