We had a sewage backup into our Basement, and a plug in our septic, on a Saturday. They showed up that evening and got us back up and running; they're even going to come back for a follow up since they suspect we may have a larger issue. They were very friendly and professional. This company want to charge me 2500 for an issue that was fixed for a mere 800 including parts. Basically disconnecting a pump from one pipe and installing a new one. The technician misdiagnosed the issue that came out then had the audacity to charge me almost 300 just to look at the issue.Service: A/C system repair
