Nick & team from WIW Roofing exceeded my expectations. Our siding and front post project was done in a timely manner with great communication and excellence. We had concerns as they did not replace the rotted siding we discussed in our contract. We called Nick and he addressed our concerns quickly and professionally as well. They cleaned up same day and were always kind/ considerate of our needs. I would recommend WIW anytime and use them in the future for other house projects we may have!

Had a small siding project that several contractors came out and gave us a quote. We never heard back from them.WIW came out, gave us a fair and reasonable quote, ordered the material and the day the material was delivered they came out and did the project.Everything was professionally and everything was cleaned up when they were done. We will have them back to do other projects.

Just had our gutters replaced by WIW and we are so pleased. Very professional job, done on time and on budget. Communication was excellent. We chose WIW because they did an OUTSTANDING job replacing our roof a couple of years ago. Just like today, the experience was perfect from start to finish. And with the roof replacement job, WIW worked very hard with my insurance company to get whatever reimbursement was due me. For roof or gutter work, WIW should be your first stop. You can trust them from start to finish. I do.

We can not say enough on how well WIW did on our roof and gutters! All of our interactions with the WIW personnel was extremely professional. One of my main concerns was the removal and replacement of 30 solar panels. Nick made sure we had the right company to do the removal and the reinstallation of the panels when the roof was complete. We could not have been more pleased with the final product and color recommendation. I would definitely recommend WIW for any roofing and gutter needs. Thanks again!

-During our experience with WIW we had an unfortunate circumstance involving another contractor having broken our window. Even though this particular situation was out of WIW’s control, it was not handled professionally by EJ the owner- and his salesman Nick who was there agreed with me that EJ was out of line. EJ threatened to put a lien on our house (even though our payments were current and they had not finished the work) because I said I would get a window contractor out to assess the damage, instead of immediately accepting his offer of $500 off our total. When I had a window technician look at the window and they said the damage wasn’t consistent with a ladder falling, I told Nick to put the $500 back on the balance we owed them, and that I was sorry for the inconvenience the situation caused them. To Nick’s credit, he still kept the $500 off the price, saying it was for all the trouble we went through.-It took them so long to even order the shutters, and they gave me so many excuses for it, that I believe they had no intention of installing them until they realized shutter installation was on the initial contract they signed. Nick’s excuses for the multiple delays and multiple incorrect shutter orders ranged from, “I forgot to order the shutters,” “They sent us the wrong color- do you mind gray instead of black?”, “I hadn’t measured for the shutters because there wasn’t a measuring tape in the truck,” and my absolute personal favorite - That two of the four sets of shutters they ordered allegedly “shrank in storage because they weren’t new.” No surprise then that we also had a scare with the decorative window trim not fitting. Nick never measured and simply hoped for the best.-His crew also threw away an original feature to our home (decorative front door trim) instead of asking us whether I wanted to salvage it/put it in our garage because it was never listed on the original contract. Nick verbally gave me an initial quote 0f $200 to replace it, then upped the quote to $500 only after they trashed the original and hauled it away. I declined and said I’d replace it myself.-There was a total lack of oversight and communication between Nick and his crew. Towards the end of the project, I just watched them work because I didn’t trust it would be done correctly. The siding job itself took 6-7 days (we have a 1700 sq ft house) and it was completed without attention to detail. Nick visited only once while the house was being sided, when most of the house was done. In his walkaround, he didn’t notice any of these issues until I notified him. The minor issues I did see made me concerned for the work they did that I could not see. (see photos) They dented the brand new siding they installed around a light box and left some underlayment board exposed to the rain. Additionally, I communicated to Nick that I wanted all the cable wires cut and pulled out because they were not being used. He never communicated this to the foreman so they cut holes in the brand new siding for the cables. I reminded Nick that I told him I didn’t want any of the cables, and he said they would fix the issue. I asked him whether they would fix it by caulking the holes in the brand new siding, or replacing that piece entirely. He said they would replace it entirely. They didn’t - they caulked the holes. After I communicated to him that they in fact did not replace the siding with holes, they caulked it, he then had them return to replace that piece of siding entirely. They did fix the other minor issues I mentioned, after I bothered Nick about it.-Getting receipts for payments, and siding manufacturer/color information for the project was like pulling teeth. I only felt safe leaving this review after I finally had documentation so that EJ couldn’t say we didn’t pay in full.I’ll leave you Nick’s parting words to me after I gave them the final check. He said, "Hope you’re happy with the work." I said, "Well...the house looks great…" He said, “And that’s all that matters, right?”

It was great working with WIW! I called because I had a gutter issue and they discovered our entire roof needed to be replaced because of storm damage that we didn't know about. They caught it just in time to file an insurance claim. They replaced our roof and gutters and did a fantastic job.

When we moved into our house almost 2 years ago there was a small leak. We picked a "reputable" Restoration company to patch the leak. Well 1 month after their warranty expired we had our upstairs bathroom recieve massive water damage in the cieling. We called WIW and they were able to come out same day. They took pictures before the work and showed us the previous company did a very lousy patch job that never would have lasted. WIW was able to fix the problem the same day we called and made sure to show us how ot was fixed. Could not reccomend WIW more.

Can't say enough nice things about E.J., Andrew, Caleb and Nick. Had WIW out for a special project estimate and then gutter estimate. They took time explaining and discussing details and options. Several days later, we had a leak come up out of no where on the chimney, called and Nick came right away and helped on the spot. The kindness and compassion were a welcome relief. Highly recommend WIW for any and all roof projects. We had a hail storm with straight line winds move through cause damage to our roof and property. Our insurance gave us a good run around and kept declining my claim. One WIW team member in particular, Caleb went above and beyond during the process. It got to the point that he had to coach me through emails and phone calls with my insurance company. On tear off and installation day I was more than impressed with the communication I had with E.J. and Nick. Both of them kept me in the loop and gave me updates as the project moved along. Fantastic experience! Nick and Caleb went way above and beyond. After discovering I had some damage, I filed a claim and Caleb took over. Nick covered the missing shingles and made sure we didn’t have any additional damage while we navigated the claim process.To say they had all their ducks in a row would be an understatement! Caleb worked with my adjuster and helped me get my roof covered through insurance. There were lulls in the process but NEVER because of anything WIW did. They were consistent with their communication with both me and my claim rep. I hope to never have another roof claim with insurance but if I do, I’ll be calling WIW for sure!

I never write reviews but would use this place again. Shoddy previous roof and awning job resulted in failure after just a few years....awning fell apart and water started leaking from a light fixture. Had a couple contractors come out for an estimate and I went with WIW. EJ came out and pointed out what the other contractor failed to do. Roof was completely reskinned and shingled in one day and new awning put in a few days later and it all looks great. They also cleaned up really well afterward, only found a couple nails...expected. If you are looking for roof work, then look elsewhere. We have had a terrible time with this company. Both their work and customer service was atrocious.When they did the roof after tornado damage, they put the outriggers of the scaffolding through the shingles on over 90% of the edge of the roof. They should have lifted the last two shingles and installed the outriggers to the plywood. The locations where outriggers were anchored had holes through the shingles and deck, creating leaks. They caulked the holes on the shingles (see pictures). With weather, the caulk will expand and contract, which is an issue. They were able to fix this issue when we got them to come out.My wife had to call 6 times to get them to come out initially. She set up a time, and the owner of the company did not show up, nor did he call to say he got caught up in something. I called WIW and they set up a time for the following day, in which they did show up, but did not go inside to see where exactly the leak was, then said they fixed it, when we could tell it wasn't touched - and now we have interior damage since it wasn't fixed correctly. Brandon also said he would measure for a bigger chimney cap, but he didn't. So when I called back, they said they would get something together for us and call back. I didn't hear from them for at least a week, so I followed up at 4 pm on a Friday and had to leave a message. That message was not returned. I decided to call back on Wednesday right at open, and no one picked up and I did not leave a message. I called back at 3 pm and there was no answer, so I called back immediately from my work phone and they answered. It was clear they were screening our calls. At that conversation they said they were getting in touch with a guy to do our chimney cap. We have yet to hear back from them. That was back on november 3. It takes a really good or really bad experience for me to feel the need to write a review, and today that experience is beyond good.I had a roof leak from one of the wind storms earlier this year. WIW came highly recommended from a Facebook group I am in, and let me tell you, I am so glad they did. They took an entirely stressful situation and made it as seamless as possible. From the initial inspection to the completion date, everything has gone so well.Caleb in the office was so patient with all my questions and concerns and made working with my insurance company so much easier. Ej was so nice and explained everything going on with our roof and what needed to be done. His son Nick is one of the most professional young men I have met. Most of my interactions with WIW were with him and from the start I felt like I had chosen the right company to find the source of the leak and repair our roof from wind damage. Andrew was very thorough and made sure everything was good to go upon completion. These guys and their crew went above and beyond. Our roof looks fantastic.There is no other roofing company I will ever use other than WIW. I have been in the customer service industry my entire career and let me tell you, they delivered on service, quality, and professionalism.If you're having issues with your roof, look no further. I highly recommend WIW to anyone who needs roof and gutter work. Nick and Caleb were amazing people to work with, and did all the leg work to get my insurance company to cover the damage from a recent storm. We had a part of a tree fall on our roof during high winds. I called WIW after it happened and they came right out to remove the tree off the roof and cover the hole left from the tree. They worked with our insurance company to get the front slope of our roof covered and tried even harder to get the back slope covered but the insurance company wouldn't budge. I appreciate all the effort they took to try and get the whole roof covered. It showed me that they care about their customer's. My roof is completed and looks amazing. Brittany and EJ were fantastic to work with. Brittany was super responsive unlike some other roofing companies and always returned my phone call or email within 24 hours. We got a new roof and they worked so well with our insurance company. The insurance company was originally only going to cover half the cost but Brittany and EJ worked some magic and got the whole cost covered saving us thousands!
