We just had our house resided and are quite pleased with the work completed by the Biltmore Construction staff. They were efficient, clean, hard-working, detail oriented and professional. All of the workers put in a full day's work and were personable and respectful of our property and pets. We would highly recommend hiring Biltmore for your home renovation project.The photos were all taken during the 4 day home renovation project. (We have not painted our garage door yet.) We have not decided if it will be painted black to match the front door, or sand to match the window trim color.

We researched several companies to have our house resided due to storm damage. Biltmore was by far the most responsive and most reasonable. Jeramie was so awesome to deal with. It helped by having everything in order from our insurance company to speed up the process. He was beyond helpful educating my wife and I. Jose and his crew were amazing as well. 8am to 7pm each day. Awesome crew. Those four guys obviously have worked together for a long time. Jose is as solid as it gets. I added before and after pictures. Don’t go with anyone else other than Biltmore. This company gets it and they understand insurance companies

When comparing several local companies quotes to have shingles replaced on our home, Biltmore was one of the three. Although we did not end up using Biltmore Exteriors, I felt it appropriate to leave a review. Jeramie was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He followed up immediately with answers to all of our questions. Their quote was right inline with other competing companies. If your looking to have roofing replaced; I would recommend Jeramie of Biltmore Exteriors being one of the companies to check out.

Update 12/7/2023:We loved the work Biltmore did on our roof, so we decided to use them for the windows and siding on the addition of our house. Bob was fantastic in working through the process of getting the windows and even recommended a certain type of window for the room (which we love!!). Carlton did a wonderful job going over all of our siding options and colors. We had previos damage done to part of the frame for a window due to leaks in the old siding and window, but Biltmore was able to replace the frame with no issues. The process was smooth and everyone was responsive and kind. Mark stopped by to reset the window as it had shifted, making locking it difficult, and was able to realign the window without any issues. All of the siding and windows were done in 2 days and it looks amazing. We are definitely going to have Biltmore do the remaining siding on our house and update more windows in the future!Original post:Carlton was wonderful in explaining all of our options regarding the different tiles and warranties. As first-time roof "buyers", we felt very well informed going into the process due to the thorough explanation from Carlton. The quality of work is excellent and we are very happy with the entire process. Additionally, the estimate for the roof was in-line with two other estimates that we have received. We were in desperate need of new siding and also opted for new roofing, soffits and gutters. Biltmore came in with the best price so got the job. Clinton was our contact. He was friendly and professional and offered suggestions when we were having difficulty making a decision on colors. We went with his suggestions. It's perfect! We really can't begin to describe the beautiful job the workers did, despite the scorchingly hot weather during the entire time they worked on our home. We don't know how they endured, but they did, and did so perfectly. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day, which we greatly appreciated. Our old siding had been installed by a company no longer in business (no surprise). It was a deplorable job. Because we had been stung in the past, we were really nervous. All our fears quickly went away as we watched the dedication of the crews to do a professional job. A big shout-out to Clinton, Ronald and crew who did the roofing, Vincente and crew who did the siding, and Todd who did our gutters. We highly recommend Biltmore. It really feels great to have our home looking so good.

I called Biltmore Exteriors in Canton back in December given their fantastic reviews on google. Even though quoted me 3 times the price as another company, I went with them since they had more reviews. They had most of the siding installed within 2 weeks. Fantastic sales but very poor follow through. They told me they they were going to side the chimney and install shutters but never did. They had told me that they were going to help complete the job by finding a mason but began ignoring my calls and text after payment. They even attempted to charge me more even though they had agreed to finish the job. They had also promised to reimburse me for material that was purchased but began ignoring my texts. I had a bad feeling about them when they bragged about charging a customer twice the price just because they had good reviews on google.

I have no idea if this place is any good or not, as they simply stopped communicating with me. Clinton Mathews came to my house on a Tuesday to give me an estimate to replace my roof. He told me he'd send me an email later that day, or the next (Wednesday), and that he would try to meet with my insurance guy on Thursday. He did none of that. I never got an email with the estimate, and he never met with my insurance guy. I emailed Biltmore to ask what was going on, and they have never responded. It's been like 3 weeks now.I also called them to have them put a tarp on my roof, they said they'd call Clinton Mathews, and that he'd call me. He never did, and they never tarped my roof.While Clinton Mathews was at my house, he told me that he wouldn't put their metal roofs on a dog house, as the fasteners are very poor quality, and they can't insure them as well as shingles (something like that). He said that the benefits of metal roofs are mostly just marketing. They sell and install products that he believes are garbage.In conclusion, I would not trust this place. Their communication is atrocious, and they sell & install what is apparently garbage. Dealing with them has been a frustrating waste of time. Pathetic.

We are very pleased with our new roof from Biltmore Exteriors. Danny Morris reviewed with us the high quality materials and procedures they use and answered all our questions. Two weeks later a large crew came at the appointed time, removed the old roof and put the new one on in less than a full day. They did a great job. A vandal did $47,000 damage to our house. Jeramie of Biltmore Exteriors spent a lot of time and effort battling our insurance company and finally got complete new siding and new roof for our house. We had Biltmore do a whole house siding job. In addition, we had some outdoor painting done. We are very pleased with the results!!! Our first relationship was with Daryl, who met with us to discuss our goals and budget. He designed a plan for our home within our budget, complete with computer renderings! He kept in touch with the crew and with us throughout the whole process, answering questions or any concerns we had, and always in a timely fashion. The crew, led by Jose, was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up well afterward. The painting done by Nick turned out well. He was very polite and neat. While I didn’t end up using their service, it is with recent experiences with contractors that I find myself compelled to provide CJ and his father a good review. Their professionalism and communication makes their competition seem uninterested and unmotivated. I’m weeks into waiting for a quote from one company and I recall CJ communicating and adjusting and providing multiple quotes and options within the span of a week (and this was during the COVID economy)!! What an incredible team! I will have to keep this company in mind moving forward if I need their services in the future. Thank you!

Biltmore Exteriors replaced my siding, gutters, windows and roof. It took less than two weeks from start to finish. I filed an insurance claim and was approved for half of a roof and one wall of siding. Biltmore worked with my insurance company Nationwide. They convinced Nationwide to approve all of the above! Highly recommend Biltmore for any roofing, siding, window, door or gutter needs!!!!!

We met with Clinton a couple months ago regarding replacement of our front siding (tudor style). He took the time to explain the problem, process of repair, and set expectations for possible additional costs. Ultimately, we chose Biltmore to complete the repairs due to Clinton’s knowledge and honesty. A timeframe was estimated, and a crew was on location when expected.What can I say about the crew? Not much, other than they were friendly, pleasant, punctual, and kept it clean each day over two weeks. These gentleman were fantastic and navigated some unforeseen (not entirely) circumstances with ease.Our house looks brand new again, and I would highly recommend to anyone with the same needs.

Had Biltmore exteriors install a new roof on my house about a month ago and they did a great job! the men who did the job were here early to start and stayed late and were done in one day , they were very hard workers. Danny Morris was my salesman who came out and measured my roof and told me what needed to be done , he was very professional and was very experienced in the roof installation.I will have Danny Morris back over for my window installation in the near future.Job well done. We hired Biltmore to replace our siding, gutters, downspouts and to cap our window and door frames. Overall we are completely satisfied with the end result and what we felt was a fair price.As you can tell by the number of reviews, this company has a large workload that it manages. It did take a few months to get our project on the schedule but once it was started, they had the old siding and gutters removed and the new vinyl installed in 3 days. That included some extra work that was done to our structure ( we were aware of the extra work needed before we signed the contract, so there were no surprises here). It did take a few weeks before they came back out to actually install the gutters, probably my only criticism, which after considering how much work we had done, is not a big of a deal.Of course with any project there are usually a few small things that need to be addressed however minor. They gave full and expedient attention to all of those items on our punch list and ultimately completed the job in a timely, clean fashion. Biltmore did a fantastic job. We were worried that we would get half way through the job and there would be a surprise "extra charge" but that was not the case. Honest. Reliable.Our sales person Darryl was knowledgeable and responsive and the install crew was polite, skilled and hard working. Even though I took a few vacation days to observe the process, I was completely comfortable leaving while they were working on my unattended home.Interestingly, we had called around to several other companies trying to get an estimate before we settled on Biltmore. NONE of them but Biltmore showed up for their appointments with us. We were frustrated by the lack of customer service being demonstrated by all of the other siding competitors. ONLY BILTMORE gave us the courtesy of actually following through with an estimate. The others either straight up stood us up (missed a few hours of work for nothing) or never returned our calls. Those companies clearly did not need/want our business.I highly recommend Biltmore Exteriors. They did all they said they would do with no surprises. We love our "new" (looks like new anyway) home.
