So this is more for job seekers in skilled trades. Don’t do it, do not work for this company unless you want to be talked about behind your back, be surrounded by “chatty Cathy’s”, and be fired for nothing to do with your job. Oh, also I would like to mention the leadership on jobsites, there isn’t any unless of course you are down with talking about others. There is no professionalism or respect if you are not one of the “cool” kids. Company Picnics/Holiday party’s, you family isn’t invited to come. This company has no value’s or culture whatsoever. They do not respect hard work if they don’t like you personally. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS EMPLOYER! HR will not have your back!

A fantastic place to work with a family feel to it. I have been especially impressed with the plumbers at the Sunrise Terrace renovation in New Carlisle. Their professionalism and expertise is second to none. Their phenomenal attention to detail defines them as true craftsmen.

Consumers beware of this company, This company will absolutely take advantage of you they give us a bid of $7000 to fix some simple sheet rock repair in our home which we were able to do with another contractor locally for $972, do not use these people they're crooks

I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and amazing service I got from Rcs Construction. They were so helpful, polite, and knowledgeable they made a normally stressful project exciting and actually enjoyable! After shopping around with a few other builders, I heard about Rcs Construction and the high quality of work they did for a relative of mine. He gave a glowing review, and he has been around construction before, so I knew I could trust their work. From the beginning they were so helpful, giving me the information I needed with no pressure. In just a few minutes they turned my rudimentary design into a masterpiece. The design ideas and additional concepts they thought of made all the difference. They picked the perfect materials to fit my remodel budget, and their huge assortment of material samples really helped me see what the finished product would look like, which is good since I had a hard time conceptualizing the details of such an intricate project. My previously dungeon-ish basement is now the open focal point of my entire house....BY FAR. Our gatherings now take place here, and I'm so proud when I get compliments from friends and family on how spectacular it turned out. I would never of imagined I could do half of what Rcs did for me, and somehow come in under my budget! Throughout the entire process I loved having that rare feeling that I knew, without a doubt, I was in good hands. I am sincerely grateful for the constant professionalism and phenomenal service I got from Rcs Construction, and because I know it could have turned out very differently had I never visited them. I will never go anywhere else for a building project, regardless of how large or small.
