We needed to replace an old French door with a sliding door and we always do as local as we can. The Sales Team arrived at my house to see the job and get measurements. Then we went to the showroom to view the options. The Staff is very professional and answered every question and concerns.The install team, 4 men, were very professional, courteous, and respectful of our home.They did a superb job, cleaned up the entire area and made sure we were trained in the operation and maintenance of the door.A beautiful door and a great job!

Bought a couple windows years ago from countywide and they were junk. They were called Thermo Industries when installed they were leaking. Come home from work pulled the blind up and it fell off and they broke the blind. The windows leaked they come out and brought 2 bottoms and slaped them in and said your good to go. Well they still leaked. I told countywide they were junk back then and they still are.I took the sash off and was going to replace the weatherstrip and found out top and bottom didn't match I didn't complain no more after the replacement because did'nt get any place got a sash that didn't match. So I have been taping and insulating the windows every year. Windows are not cheap I am thinking about replacing both windows and it won't be from Countywide. I don't need a second set that went out of business.

Cannot say enough about how great this company and team are. Just had 15 windows, sliding patio door and bay window(plus rebuilding frame due to ant and water issues) the guys were efficient, professional, clearly took pride in their work, cleaned up after themselves, I could go on. I cannot say enough about my experience with Country Wide. My new windows are awesome and I am noticing with turning on the furnace how much warmer my house is. The crew was amazing, cleaned up after themselves and were so pleasant. My recommendation is for anyone looking to get new windows...go right to Country Wide. You will not be disappointed. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would.

Had 24 replacement windows installed May 2018. Love our new windows. Jim and Pete did an excellent job installing them. They were very professional and super nice to have around all week. They took extra care to cover household items, vacuum dust, and clean up after job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be using them in the future for some planned bathroom remodeling. Price for the windows was the best around.

In 1998 we replaced all our windows. Nov 2020 a wind storm blew in 1 window and snapped a part. The original Window company that County used was no longer in business. County Wide Windows still had our records. Found us a replacement that was a perfect match! The installers did a wonderful job of putting it in and cleaning up. Highly recommend this company for their excellent service and loyalty to customers.

Our whole condo association is thrilled with the work of Rob Schneider and the County-Wide Windows team. They sell and install Pro-Via brand doors and windows, and we got various grades of windows and several higher-end doors for our exterior. Installation was neat and thorough. County-Wide was able to accommodate some rather oddball window openings for us. County-Wide also has reasonable (though not cheap) prices on triple-pane and sound-damping options. They were great about reinstalling security and alarm sensors; preferred handles and latches; and addressing some light frame rot at one location in our house. We had two small issues with the high-end screen doors we picked — Pro-Via screen-storm doors that integrate both — but Pro-Via and County-Wide both stood behind this rather new-technology product and fixed a rolling-screen issue we had in one case and just completely replaced the other unit after coming out to assess the issue. It took a while for the last item to get done, but Rob kept in touch with me every week or so until the parts arrived and the schedule opened. Our house is now much warmer and quieter and prettier thanks to our new windows and doors ... the better insulation especially is a big plus here in Cleveland. This level of product quality and customer service is what all contractor home improvements should have. Thank you Rob and County-Wide!
