I have the knowledge and experience to do almost any project around a house including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, new construction and additions. In addition, I’m pretty particular how I want things done. My wife says this makes me a difficult customer for any contractor. Shoulder and back surgery has driven me to seek help.My wife found Joe’s number in the local paper and to appease her I called Joe. We had a binding sliding door and Joe took a look at it saying he could fix it. It was a bit more complicated than one would think as the supporting structure had settled over time and involved much more than a simple adjustment. Joe returned the next day to do the repairs surprising me with a very reasonable fee.I also had a fairly major project in relocating and replacing the equipment for the well and installing a tankless water heater. I was reluctant to let anybody do it as I wanted things done in a very specific manner. Based upon his previous task I gave him the job.I couldn’t be more pleased with his work and the very reasonable charge for doing an outstanding job in a very timely manner. I was involved the entire time as he wanted to make sure critical requirements were accomplished in the manner I wanted.If there were more stars, I’d give them.
