Dawon and Ron were great to work with in March. They came on a single day notice to troubleshoot and repair a leak in my roof/shingles during a rainy stretch, then stopped back out a couple days later to re-check it. Very nice and thorough work.

Absolutely awesome! We have a large 4- unit home apartment building built in 1910. It still had the old slate roof, buried under layers of shingles. The Roofers’ crew were quite efficient, worked very quickly to remove the multiple layers of shingles plus the old slate. The roof is very steep, requiring them to “repel” from the top of the roof by rope to fix the roof and apply felt and shingles. We have been very pleased with The Roofers’ crew’s performance.The owner is very responsive to questions and concerns. Very accommodating.Unfortunately, the girlfriend of the next-door tenant, named “Candyce David,” caused a lot of trouble. She was very angry that the members of the crew were Spanish-speaking. She came out and screamed racial slurs at the crew, made false claims about imaginary “damage” to the junker car (which she does not own) that was parked in her driveway next to our house. Our contractor was on site, and states that he and the roofing crew had obtained permission from the next-door owner to work next to their driveway. The junk vehicle was completely covered up with tarps to avoid any damage. Yet the tenant’s girlfriend called the police to make false reports of “damage” and “roofing debris” on the driveway. The police determined that there was no basis for her complaint, and threatened to arrest her for making a false police report. At no time did the roofing crew engage with the crazy woman. They were NEVER rude in any respect.We applaud the crew of The Roofers for their excellent work and their extraordinary patience in the face of unmitigated hatred and racism by a very unhinged woman (a genuine “Karen”) who was enraged that some of the roofers were brown-skinned and didn’t speak English. She took “before” photos of debris long before the clean-up after completion of the job, but took no “after” photos when all the clean-up had been completed.We are very pleased with the skill, speed, and efficiency of The Roofers in replacing our roof under very trying conditions.The roofing crew were very meticulous about cleaning up every bit of debris from the roof tear-off.
