He said they could take care of the repair the following week. Luck to me...Tony, the repair guy, was available later that same day and took care of my repair. Quick response, thorough repair. My wife was referred to Allied Roofing several years ago. Found them to be a respected organization and met with Doug Perry, President for an estimate. He was professional and straight forward and let me know of some issues that need attention prior to his team completing the job. He recommended a separate contractor for me to contact and scheduled his team to follow their work. I appreciated this as we were approaching cold weather. The work was actually completed while we were out of town, and we were very pleased with the results.

We had a leak in our dining room and called two large regional roofers in addition to Allied. The large companies quoted full roof replacements in the $15K - $17K range; Allied quoted repair of nail pops, replacement of few shingles and removal/sealing under an old satellite dish for around $750. The technician showed up right on time, color-matched the new shingles to the weathered roof, made the repairs, gave us his report of what he saw and did, and advised us on roof cleaning products and safety gear.The leak is completely gone, and now we can defer roof replacement for at least five years. I have complete confidence in this company, and recommend that if you have a roofing issue of any kind, you get multiple quotes, one of them from Allied.

The job was well done as were other jobs the company has done for family members. The only problem was, after the crew did the job, they left an almost full pack of shingles that I meant to put in the garage in case I needed them at a later date. The next day aman from the company came out to do a quality inspection and after he left the shingles were gone. If he took them, then I either want a pack of shingles or the cost of the pack I paid for, and he took.Services: Attic venting, Roof installation

With last week’s torrential rain, we ended up with a leak in our breakfast nook. We’ve lived here for nearly 11 years and the previous owner had replaced the roof about 6 years before we purchased the property. She’d used Allied Roofing, so we called them to come take a look.Doug Perry, the President of the company, came out this morning. He was prompt, knowledgeable, amiable, and saved us a ton of money! We thought at minimum we’d have to have that portion of the roof replaced, but Doug said it was just algae buildup blocking the rain runoff. For a mere $75, he climbed up on a ladder and showed my husband how to fix and prevent it from recurring and told us we probably have approximately 5 more years on the roof (along providing a verbal estimate on what that will cost).We were very impressed and extremely grateful and Allied will definitely be our first call when it’s time to replace our roof.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection

I own an older home. Three weeks ago we had a torrential downpour of rain. My roof starting leaking. Uh oh. I called Allied Roofing and scheduled an appointment. Allied arrived on time. My roof is basically in good shape. Allied did not try to pressure me into a new roof. They made an inspection and told me it would be an easy fix. The price they quoted was very reasonable. I signed a work agreement for them to proceed. I thought I would call them and schedule an appointment for them to come back in the next few weeks. I spent the morning running errands. I called Allied when I got home to schedule the repair. Allied stated they'd already been there! I thought I was hearing things but I wasn't. My roof was repaired same day. Tried to get Allied Roofing to come out and give us an estimate on getting our roof replaced and they wanted to charge us $200 just for the estimate. Every other roofing company that has given us an estimate did it free of charge. I recommend you avoid this company and shop around. Thankfully there are tons of roofing companies in Columbus.

STRONGLY advise against this company as they do not standby their roof warranty. I purchased a building that had a new roof put on by Allied that came w/ a 10-yr warranty. In year 6 there was a leak and the company came out and "fixed it." In year 7, the company came out and "fixed it," again. In year 8, now the owner is saying we are not under warranty because we did not pay for the warranty (which we were never billed for AND, we were previously told the warranty transferred free of charge with deed of the property). Allied's owner claims they made an error sending someone out the first 2x and that he has since fired that employee responsible. When asked why we were never told of, nor billed for, an on-going warranty charge the owner became flustered. We asked the owner to uphold the warranty and FIX the problem as they previously failed the first 2x-->the owner then hung up.

6/4/20 When I arrived at my elderly parents home (each 70+), the Allied salesman was finalizing a bid for their roof in his truck. As he exited the vehicle I noticed he wasn’t wearing any sort of facial covering which is currently mandated by the state for business employees. I plainly asked “where is your mask” and he replied confidently -“I don’t have one”I explained that I was the homeowners son and I was even wearing a mask. I was 6 ft from him and took his folder. And let him know he can conduct the rest of the business via phone. Doing a poor job hiding his anger at me, his loud outrageous argument was what if he already “HAD COVID 19 and wouldn’t that make him immune?” WAIT WHAT !!! They asked for a bid on their roof not to have their health put at risk. It’s a state wide mandate that he wear a mask.I have to think which building codes are they not following when they are out of sight on top of my house, When in plain sight the business won’t follow a simple statewide mandate like wearing a mask to protect their customers health.Simply irresponsible!
