The crew were all very nice and good at communicating what they were doing. I was very impressed with the supervisor who came later to make sure the install was correct. He was very patient with the guys, very good at explaining what needed to be changed and why. It's not often that a supervisor is so good at explaining what should be done and why it should be done. I was very impressed by everyone we dealt with, from our sales person to the installers. I would definitely recommend them! The door itself is beautiful, just as we ordered it. We have not had any problems!

Great experience from design to installation. We had 13 windows, a sliding glass door, and steel exterior door replaced. Vinyl and original cedar siding were removed and replaced with James Hardie siding and all new gutters and downspouts A very large job completed quickly by a large, hardworking crew. Any issues were handled quickly and efficiently.

We had almost all of our windows replaced recently with Marvin Windows at the cost of almost 100k. The end result has been underwhelming. The finish of the windows and the defects created during installation are numerous and still unresolved after close to three months. The installation crew were very friendly and the supervisor has continually assured me our concerns will be addressed, however I seem to have had to taken over project management and quality control inspection in order to continually push my case. I've attached current photos of our windows and have many more. I would not recommend the process or outcome at this time.

Austin does a great job of managing the project from beginning to end and Mike Freeman does an excellent job of installing materials, fabricating where needed and explaining how he is going to do the work as he goes along. Both guys kept us informed of any issues that came along during the project. We are very pleased with the end result.

We have had such a great experience with APCO. We contacted several companies for windows and siding and APCO won hands down with their non-pressure approach, reasonable pricing, and high quality materials. Josh was amazing with our estimate and took the time to answer a ton of questions for we didn't make this decision quickly! He came to our house multiple times, per our request. Once we decided on our new windows, Bo was our installer and was beyond awesome. Friendly, timely, great workmanship, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. By the way, all the employees in the showroom are so helpful and pleasant. We're really loving our experience and home improvements with APCO.

Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars. APCO installed a sliding glass door for us, over 5 years ago. It was extensive as they removed a window and single door to get us what we liked. We since had to reach out because of a broken seal and they were so easy to work with. They immediately filed what they needed and had the new door delivered and installed within just a few weeks. The process was so simple.

I was not given an estimate only a hard time. I believe, Adam didn’t think I could afford the work I wanted so he did a drive by. My front door was open all day and he said he knocked and could hear me and the electrician speaking inside. He left instead of letting me know he was present.So unfortunate.

We received multiple estimates from local companies for all new windows (21 in total). APCO came recommended from a friend and they didn’t disappoint in the products they offered or the price and time to install! We opted for a full tear out of the existing windows. The product installed seems very high quality, they look amazing, and the crew installing was courteous, efficient, and really kept the house clean throughout the process. I’d highly recommend if you are looking for windows, call APCO!

We need to replace windows, and walked in not really knowing what we wanted, but when we left, we felt very well informed and were able to make all of the necessary decisions to move forward. They did a deck for us and we were very pleased with all aspects of their work. Mike did the original estimate and was very thorough and patient in answering all our questions and concerns. Tyler was in charge at the job site when the work was being done and did an excellent job of communicating what was happening, the time frame for each part of the project and answering any questions we had.

We were so fortunate that APCO has an amazing first point of contact, Adam Cain, who worked with us and our design desires and came up with the perfect windows and sliding glass door. We are so excited to use the windows and door more when the weather is warmer and know we are going to love the ease of opening and closing and locking. We get compliments all the time about the design esthetic and are so happy with the product and the service. We most definitely will recommend APCO to friends, relatives and neighbors!

APCO's contractors just completed the construction of four aluminum stair railings at a duplex that my husband and I own. I felt confident from the initial contact with Mike, the sales representative, to Robert and his son, that did the work, that I had hired the best team for this project. The aluminum railings are very substantial and have been built to last for many decades. Along with this, I had the wings on the patio roofs covered in plastic siding with plagues added for attaching the exterior lighting. I am also grateful to Austin Sanders for his assistance in making this an excellent experience. Their combined effort has increased the aesthetic appeal and the resale value of this property. But equally important is the safety factor. In the future, this is the first company that I will contact for other endeavors.

I am having three large-scale jobs done by APCO. This was the first of three, and I am so happy with the work. The weather was really messing with everyone's schedules, but they stuck with it and took every break in the rain to work. The quality of the work is fantastic, and you would never know the kind of debris that was generated from the job because they did such a great job with the cleanup.

Had a great experience with APCO. We did a lot of research and were knowledgeable going into the process. Received 5-7 estimates to explore options to replace windows, replace wood trim or potentially get rid of wood trim and re-side the house, soffit and fascia, gutters, and replace two exterior doors. Felt the most comfortable with APCO's knowledge, service and warranty. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. We met with APCO multiple times and asked a lot of questions before making any final decisions. They were transparent with timeframe and supply chain challenges, and quoted us an approximate 3 month lead time (ended up being 4 months, but we were not in an immediate rush and communicated this to APCO). Communicated with APCO's office staff numerous times, all were thorough in their communications. Overall, pleased with each team that conducted their portion of the job. However, the siding team was exceptional, including the Project Manager overseeing the siding, soffit and fascia. They worked hard, well over 8 hours each day, spent significant amount of time each night cleaning up; even when it began to rain outside, they never stopped. Ultimately, we had some small hiccups (inevitable on a large job), but nothing that wasn't rectified quickly and properly. Would definitely recommend APCO, we were pleased with the overall experience and final product.

We engaged with APCO to replace 16 windows, storm door, entry door, siding, gutters and downspouts on our 1920s house. The work was done in a professional, efficient manner from the sales process through the final walkthrough. The salesman had suggested putting vertical siding in the gable area to break up the look of the siding. We have received many compliments about the house's new look and the vertical sections in particular. There were a few minor glitches, but that's not unusual for a project of this size. The important thing is that APCO addressed our questions and issues promptly. We would definitely use APCO again and highly recommend them.

I called several times (leaving a message each time) to make an appointment to get a window replaced due to the tornado. When they returned my call, maybe two days later, I made the appointment. A week later, the prompt service guys (2) came out to measure the broken window, which it didn't take long. Two weeks later, I called again to find out the status: cost, time frame to installation, etc, only to find out that they have no records, notes, appointment, measurements of the job. Thanks for the time wasted.
