I have had the privileged of working with some of the staff from ECO Disaster Services, and was very pleased! There compassion for the community was a breathe of fresh air, and made me realize how much of an attribute their services are to our local community. I myself, who works with the community, was very intrigued by their energetic motivation to get involved in my services and how they could build upon my presentations to make them memorable and something to continue for years to come. I would highly suggest ECO Disaster Services to others in the community!

First-class operation from beginning to end. Promptly responded to our call for service. Job estimator was courteous and completely explained the process from team arrival to job completion. Completed the remediation work in a professional and timely manner. Team supervisor and all team members were very professional as well as courteous. Great follow-up to see if we had any questions or concerns. If you have a need for the services they provide, I would highly recommend the folks at ECO Disaster.

I had not been in my basement for a couple days and had no idea that the sump pump had quit working. My first thought was ~ what a disaster on a early Saturday evening. The water was everywhere and the carpet was ruined. That was my thought! I called Eco Disaster Services and they arrived so quickly that I was shocked. What I thought was a disaster was turned into a pleasant experience. I was reassured that the carpet would be fine and they would take care of everything. They were great and started getting the wet boxes moved and moved many large items. They never took a break and they were just awesome. There is no need to call anyone else for your problem. Eco Disaster Services goes out of their way to please customers and this was by far the best service ever. Employees are knowledgeable, hard working, kind and caring. When they left several hours later everything was under control and there were blowers and dryers in the basement. Within a few days it was clean and dry and my disaster was over. I didn't have to do a thing and had the best service of my life. I would highly recommend Eco Disaster Services. Awesome Company! Dolores Fisher

ECO Disaster services has always provided my clients with fast, professional, compassionate service in their times of need. I have referred several of my clients and friends to ECO and will continue to do so. They provide an unmatched level of care in emergency situations. I called them in the middle of the night when one of my clients home caught on fire from a lightning strike. ECO was there within an hour from the time of my call. Excellent quality and service!!!

Eco is a great company that helps the Red Cross with fire preparedness campaigns, volunteering with fire departments in the communities they service and has a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have been happy to volunteer with them and bring fire safety awareness to Columbus and surrounding areas. If I ever have a clean-up situation, they will be my first call.

Simply outstanding company!Very responsive, timely, professional, great quality work! Curtis helped me to assess the damage in my flooded basement. His experience and knowledge speak for themselves not to mention that he used thermal cameras to verify everything and advised not to file claim and I do it myself as it was contained and not a big deal. I really appreciate his honesty and feedback. He also didn't charge me for the inspection. I hope I don't have to go through this again but if I have to, I will definitely consider them in future. Kudos to Curtis and his team. Our daughter had a fire in her apartment and Eco Disaster Services was there shortly after. Eco had her apartment and personal belongings cleaned promptly. The crew was very courteous, compassionate, and efficient. Living over 500 miles from Columbus, all our contact was via phone. Each time we talked to Curtis, his first words were "How is your daughter". We were very pleased when we walked into her apartment 48 hours after the fire to have everything back to pre-fire condition with flowers and a card on the kitchen counter to brighten our daughter's spirits. I called a popular local clean up company to clean up after a basement sewage back up. On the day they were to arrive, we exchanged five telephone calls and during each call I was told "you are next in line for the next available crew," "the crew is loading the truck," and lastly, "I'm sorry, they picked up the wrong paperwork, you are next in line." After waiting 7 hours, I gave up and contacted ECO Disaster Services. They pulled a team member from a job and he arrived that day within their stated time window. They did a fabulous job of cleaning up, disinfecting and removing contaminated materials. They came back daily to monitor the drying process. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their team members. I highly recommend this company for any and all disaster services.

I cannot Thank ECO enough for all they did for me today. With in two hours all the water was gone and everything will be back to normal in a few days. Being the agent and the insured was a whole new experience for me. ECO is awesome to work with. I am the Maintenance Director of a nursing and rehabilitation center on the west side of Columbus and had a sprinkler activation in a patient room. I called Curtis and explained the situation and the importance of a timely response. I will tell you in my many years in the Facilities Management Industry I have not found a better company for my disaster cleanup needs! The Eco Team was on site within 30 minutes and in no time had begun the process of water extraction, clean up, drying and dehumidifying affected areas. I have to say the personal attention and care exhibited to my staff and most importantly, patients was second to none! Tip of the hat to Curtis and his team!

They came out Easter Sunday to get started working on my basement flood. They have been super helpful and thorough. They've really done a great job. Basement is dry and damaged property is hauled away. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I know who to call.

Curtis and the staff at ECO are the Best in my book. We had storms July 10th that knocked out power to run the sump pumps at our housing community in Fostoria resulting in 30 flooded basements and water damaged apartments at our community in Findlay. Curtis and his team were on site within hours to assess the damage and begin the clean up process. Not only was I impressed with their efficiency and equipment, my tenants were absolutely thrilled. They are definitely a 5 Star ***** operation and I now have them on speed dial for any water, fire, restoration work I need to have done. AWESOME JOB!!!!! A+ Rating

I gotta give you guys some serious props! When our sump pump stopped working and our basement flooded, I have NEVER seen service like what you guys do! I called in a panic and within 1 hour (and I live WAY out in the country), your team arrived with all of the equipment and manpower to completely remove all of our fears.I was truly blown away by your company! Anyone that EVER has a problem like ours should NOT call anyone else. This is the only time I have ever had to use a company such as yours (and hopefully the last!)...but I cannot imagine that there is another company out there that gives the service and peace of mind that your company does!1st Response is 1st Class ALL the way!Thanks for everything!!

Horrible experience with this company. They came to remodel my bathroom after it was demoed for repairs. It took almost a month to remodel. After they completed the bathroom, the grout was discolored and the tile in the shower was uneven. When I called about the grout, they told me there was nothing they could do. They did fix the uneven tile, but that was after I called multiple times. They would not give us any kind of discount other than taking the price of the grout off because we have to fix this ourselves. The guy who did our grout, he got it on our new carpet and tried hiding it by stepping over the stain when he was showing me the "finished" product. We were told there would be ONE guy the entire process and there was a total of 6 different people who were in my home over a month period, some who had really bad, negative, and unprofessional attitudes . I do not recommend using this company.

Great experience. After a huge storm flooded our basement they were on the scene extremely fast after calling. Helped save us from a lot of long term damage that a wet basement brings. Would highly recommend.

Top notch restoration company. Made me feel at ease through the whole process. I had a leaking foundation and was unaware until the mold started. They came in...sealed up the leak and repaired the drywall. I couldnt even tell it happened. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat
