I had missing siding that needed replaced as well as a leaking roof. I called GB Contracting and Ed Vargas came to give me an estimate same day. Ed took pictures of the roofing issues, showed me what needed done and gave me a very reasonable price. The work was done in a matter of days. I could not find anyone in my area to work on my circa 1820 house. I had dozens of no-shows and after wasting two full summers, I found Ed's place online. He drove out right away from Columbus to have a look (100 miles each way). I'll be using them again in 2019 for the next round of work.

Awesome work! They came and replaced some siding that was damaged, my house wasn’t wrapped so they put up wrap and flashing and even removed some old damaged plywood that was behind the cedar trim. Very responsive and fair with price. Thanks again!

GB Contractors greatly helped me out when we had some wind damage that took off a large portion of our siding over night. I texted Ed on a Sunday and he was able to pick up a sample of our siding on Monday to match to, and completed the repair on Tuesday in inclement weather. He did an amazing job and saved us a ton of money by matching our faded/aged siding so well that we didn’t have to re-side the whole side of our house. Ed and his crew did a great job on a project that I couldn’t find anyone else even willing to attempt. Removed complete box gutter system from a 3 story 1900 year old home and replaced with a modern soffit and gutter system. This was not an easy job, but they handled it quickly and professionally. Ed Vargas is a conscientious and honest businessman. We had a simple wind damage on our house and a problem with siding installed by Sears. We had estimates of as high as $7,000 to fix our problems, and Sears quit answering our calls. Mr. Vargas honestly told us how we could remedy one problem ourselves and fixed the wind damaged at a reasonable price. It is so very hard to find honest people in today’s society. Mr. Vargas was not only honest, he completed our repairs within two days. He is a rare businessman and a contact I will keep on my phone.

I also requested an estimate via their website and didn't receive a response to any.I can't comment on their work as I was never contacted back.Update: The owner of the business replied to my post soon after.
