Our experience with Klaus was exceptional. The customer service representative called me within minutes of my estimate inquiry. We had two sales representatives out here for inspection within 72 hours. Alex and Greg were great. Relatable, knowledgeable, energetic and professional! They explained what made Klaus Roofing different than any other company out there. Greg and Alex were here the day of the insurance inspection to make sure nothing was missed and to be available for questions. We were approved for a total roof replacement and decided to go all the way and add gutter replacement to our contract. Steve and Mike were able to get us on schedule within a week of signing our contract. Mike and his crew were here on time, got started right away, and worked until the night. Mike was always willing to answer any questions and take extra time to explain each step of the process. Mike and his crew came back the next morning for an amazing “Klaus Clean Up”. Thank you!! I called Klaus Roofing for estimates on my roof and gutters. The Sales Representative, Lee Gafkjen, was prompt, professional and had a sense of humor. After examining roof and gutters and taking pictures, he sat down and described the process Klaus uses to roof a home and showed me samples of materials used. I learned a great deal about roofing in the process. I'm still gathering estimates so at this time I can't say whether or not I will ask Klaus to complete my project, but the service so far has been excellent.

I haven't decided if I am going to go with Klaus for replacing the gutters on my home just yet, but Paul was immensely helpful in walking me through how the gutters should optimally be set up and noted a spot that could save me about 10 feet of gutter. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy a product and he was gracious in answering the questions that I had. Very strong possibility I'll be moving forward with Klaus.

Our experience with Klaus Roofing was very bad!. We regret ever doing business with them. First, we didn't know anything about this company but theirsalesperson (Kayleigh) who came to our house convinced us they were local representatives og Gutter shutters, whom we had previously called. Our need was for gutter covers to prevent leaves deposit on the gutters we already had in place. She advised we needed a complete gutter system, to which we agreed.We told her we needed only Gutter shutters because it's what we had been told was the best. She said we would have and it's the only one she had on her for demonstration.A couple of days later she came to sign the contract. We didn't notice Gutter shutters had been replaced with Raindrop and even it wouldn't have rang any alarms to us since we had never seen/ heard anything except Gutter shutters. I had emergency trave and while I was away she asked for the payment so the would do the installation. I asked my wife to release the funds to her and they did the work. When I came back there had been rain a day before be had splashes on the walls like never before.When I checked I noticed that we even had a different brand of gutters from what we had agreed.To cut the story Short, either the gutters are bad or the installation was poorly done. We have rain water running over the gutters and causing damage to our house.We've brought it to the attention of the company but months after nothing has been done although we have a warranty on the gutters.I don't recommend this company to anyone.Please look elsewhere..
