My moms garage was unfortunately burned down last fall. My mom ended up hiring this company to rebuild our garage. They started from scratch. They tore down the debris from what was left after the fire and got to work from the ground up. The crew was professional and kind. They worked their tails off to get this project done and they didn't disappoint. If you need any repairs done, remodeling, roofing, whatever your needs are contact Bob and he will take care of you. My mom can be a very inquisitive woman and can have endless questions but he was very thorough and patient and answered any questions she had and took very good care of us. Thanks Old 2 New. This company is awesome! No problem is to small. I called because I couldn't get my garden hose unscrewed from the spigot for fall. The guy on the phone made a trip out to my house and took it off for me at no charge!I'm extremely happy and will be using this company for all my my future repairs!

Bob just completed a full rehab on my new home. Almost every aspect of the house had to have some work done to it and it all turned out great! We had to reinforce the basement walls, gut and refinish two bathrooms, refinish worn and glue covered hardwood floors, tile floors, tile bathroom surrounds, tile backsplash, new windows, paint, plumbing throughout, electrical throughout, AC unit, new driveway, hazmat removal, water damage repair; in short, basically everything. And we love our new house! It's honestly nicer than we thought it would be.Bob is also great to work with. He's very communicative, letting us know about problems or setbacks as they arose, as well as when things were scheduled or completed. He also worked well with our bank (we used a renovation loan) and that was no small feat; aka lots of paperwork, red tape, and confusion on their side.I highly recommend Old 2 New!

>>RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENTS<< The owner's response to my original review (posted below) is misleading. It is true that I sent an email with no contact info. That was an honest mistake on my part. However...this was an email.. How hard is it to simply click "reply"? He could of mentioned that I needed to give him my contact information & I would of corrected my mistake, no problem. Instead there was no response to my email. Secondly, we NEVER touched base on pricing or my "budget" NOT AT ALL! I guarantee you, that subject was NOT discussed. How could I have a problem with the cost of repairs without even getting an estimate?? There was never an estimate because Old 2 New never asked to come out & look at the deck, but instead directed me on how to fix it myself. I never had an issue with my budget, I was just looking to get the problem professionally taken care of as quickly as possible. It's not that I didn't appreciate the advice I was given, but I believe the issue was in greater need of a professional, than it was of my inexperience. How would we know if his advice would of even helped? All I could do is explain what I saw & what I thought the problem was. It could of been something else, something that only a professional could of noticed during an inspection. Thats why I called, so that someone could give me a 2nd opinion. Finally the attitude was inexcusable. Even if there were a reasonable defense for my first two complaints, (which there's none) there is no excuse for the poor customer service. I get that sometimes we all have our bad days, but that doesn't mean you have to be blatantly unpleasant with a customer. For that reason above all else, I went straight on to someone else. Below is my original review.>>REVIEW<<Very, very poor customer service. Did not respond to my email but "read it and saw the pictures" that I sent. I called them back, not the other way around. Sarcastic, irritable and just plain unfriendly & unprofessional. Didn't want to set up an appointment and tried to advise me on how to fix the problem myself. I had a strong impression that they did not want my business. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. If they're like this on your first phone call I can only imagine the kind of service or should I say "DISSERVICE" You'd be getting!
