Thomas was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the details of preparing quote and working with the insurance company to get full coverage for roof replacement. He has been available every step of the way throughout the process ! The new roof is beautiful. All the workers deserve a 5 star rating but especially Thomas ! I wanted to provide an update because all the wood on the roof had to be replaced and the insurance company said it was wear and tear and not covered. Thomas worked extra hard to show the wood damaged caused by the damaged roof and the insurance company agreed to pay! Once again thanks Thomas for your diligence in saving us thousands of dollars! Great job!!

I had a great experience with my rep Jake and the team at Schottenstein Roofing. I hired them to rip and replace my old asphalt roof and gutters. Jake did a great job laying out the options for working with insurance or retail, and the team got in and out on schedule without any issues. We recently had our roof, downspouts and gutters replaced by your company. Daniel was our salesman. He walked us through each step of the process, like a member of the family would. The roofing team were polite and very efficient. Our roof was in worse shape than we thought, but the job and excellent clean up were finished in the time they quoted. They got us a new roof in time for a snowstorm the next day. Daniel checked on every phase of the install, even cleaning up after the gutter replacements. We can’t thank him enough for his courteous, caring professionalism. Great job Schottenstein and employees!

We recently had our roof replaced by Schottenstein Roofing and had an excellent experience. Dan walked us through each step and made sure we were satisfied. On the day of the install, Jovany and Diego introduced themselves and let me know if I had any questions to ask them. Dan stopped by the house mid day to check in on the progress. Their crew installed the roof quick and the clean up was well done.

Overall good experience with Schottenstein to replace my siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters. The workmanship seems decent and the project managers answered all my questions. I chose them due to the slightly lower price tag compared to other companies, and so far things seem to be good.The pros:- I had a lot of questions from start to finish and took awhile to decide on colors, the team was patient with me throughout.- The siding project manager walked me through the day’s work every evening and asked for my input if a decision needed made.- From the work, I had interior dry wall screws popping out. Schottenstein patched and painted the interior wall within a week, and the paint job is pretty good!The cons:- Communication was fairly slow after I signed on and started paying, but everything got done.- I wasn’t made aware of the intent to start until the day before, so prepare to be flexible if you need to be away at work during the day.- The gutter crew (seemingly outsourced) didn’t have the same caliber of workmanship and project management. Things appear to be working, but the siding was dented in several places due to downspout install.

I’ll ONLY use Schottenstein ever again! I was left in the lurch by another big roofing company- only half the job was done. Dan with Schottenstein helped get soffit/fascia, gutters and downspouts installed from start to finish in maybe 3 weeks. He was even able to find financing for me that worked and was so responsive and showed the highest customer service I’ve ever received. He really communicated caring and advocation. Even the project managers doing the physical labor were incredible- they verified information via text, sent updates and even finished ahead of schedule! Our experience with Schottenstein Roofing was great! Andy P. came out, did the free inspection and answered all of our questions. When we decided to move forward with the install, it was on a date he wasn’t going to be in town, so he made arrangements for someone else to come out and take care of us with our insurance claim. Andy P. remained in contact throughout the process, keeping us up to date with where they were in getting supplies and then setting up our actual install date. He continued by stopping in on the install date and following up after the job was completed. The team did a great job with the installation! They communicated with us on arrival, got set up, implemented processes and measures to ensure there was no collateral damage to property (lawn, bushes, etc.), and did a thorough walk thru after the job was done to make sure all debris and nails were picked up in the yard, driveway and on the street in front of the house. Andy P. did a great job from start to finish! Would definitely recommend this company!

You should be proud of your employees. After the storm in March a roofing company came to the house and told me I had significant damage. And, I should file an insurance claim. I called my agent and asked what they thought. They told me to callSchottenstein. I did. Thomas Buena came to the home inspected the roof. After inspection he showed me pictures. One other company sent an estimate but everything was done online. They never came out and so I never saw a human being and I think that’s what I liked about Schottenstein. This company was very fast and reliable from the time they came out for the consultation to us getting our roof replaced. We worked with Brack and he informed us we could get our roof partially covered by insurance and he worked with them on that. The roof was completed in a day, and we did not need to stay for the entire time. However, I would recommend always getting a second opinion to compare prices!!

Had a fantastic experience with Schottenstein! They helped us file a claim with our insurance company, Eric helped us fight All State when it got denied, and then when it was clear All State (stay away from them!) wasn't going to budge, Eric gave us an excellent price on a new roof (which we needed anyway). It looks so much better than the roof that was there before, and the crew did amazing work. Recently had my roof repaired ,going into it I was overwhelmed because I have never done this before came across schottenstein roofing advertising and thought I would give it a try. Best decision I ever made got a very quick response back set up an appointment they came and did a very Good job everyone that I dealt with throughout the process was very nice and professional.needed some inside work done as well on ceiling they repaired that as well looks like new. We’ve had our new roof for less than 24 hours and we are already telling everyone we know how much we recommend Schottenstien Roofing. Seriously! My wife and I are first time home owners who almost fell victim to another companies disgusting sales tatics. Luckily we found Schottenstein and we’re glad we did. Dan was very informative and chill during our estimate. No pressure, just straight to the facts. After committing to Schottenstein we starting working with Eric. This man literally walked us through everything. He handled our insurance company step-by-step, which again as newbies to home ownership, this was such a relief.
