Had an emergency at 4 in the morning for broken glass on our store door. They were able to come out and get it boarded up quickly and were able to provide a quote for the glass the very next day. I have really enjoyed working with Rite Way. You can tell they really enjoy and are knowledgeable about what they do. The team is amazing, they are helpful, very respectful, caring, responsive to questions, on time, commitment will, and take pride in what they do! While, processing my items they, respected my things, and tried there best to save what they could. I never once felt judge, disrespected or uncomfortable during the process. They understand the value in the sentimental things. They were able to restore my photos, and had the knowledge of what could be restored. Dan and his team were extremely prompt and professional in cleaning our water damage. I believe they saved our wall from molding. They drilled holes in the wall where the existing baseboard was so that was the only thing I needed to replace. I just cleaned and repainted the dried baseboard once we had new carpet. They were very transparent with costs that allowed us to make the best choices. When the waterline under the upstairs bathroom sink broke loose in the middle of the night, we woke up to a mess. Water ran all night, the bathroom was flooded water saturated the wall and ceiling in the entry on the main floor, the wall up the stairs, and came through the ceiling of the half bath.Being overwhelmed would be an understatement. Subcontractors beware these guys do not pay they supposedly Supply all materials for job that is inaccurate they do not supply all materials to do the job properly and then the materials that do Supply are low budget materials to be put in high-end homes they do not give you full scope of job before you accept it they tell you you're going to do one thing for a set amount of money and then while you're there you end up doing a whole nother list for no additional pay I would advise not doing business with this company
