Had a great experience with All Around Roofing. Needed my gutters cleaned and a repair accomplished on a sagging gutter. Because the repair was above my walkout basement on our two story home, I had trouble finding a company that would do the repair, and most other companies just wanted to replace my gutters as opposed to doing a repair. Kyle came out right away and provided a quote on the same day he visited. Workers were out 4 days later to complete everything. Very happy with everything.

I would recommend All Around Roofing. Our main contact was Jalen who came to our house. Very helpful with samples and not pressured to sign a contract. Happy with price. Jalen Fields was professional, friendly and knowledgeable when he came for our roof estimate. He gave great recommendations that fit our budget. Jennifer Godsey helped set up appointments and I never had to wait for a response when I had a question. The team worked all day and finished the roof promptly. The second team that came to complete the gutters and did an amazing job. Our house is over 100 years old and it looks so good now that we have a new roof! I highly recommend them!!

There was initial difficulty finding a style and color match for my siding but the team was persistent finding the only supplier within 50miles. The end result looks great.Thanks!

Absolutely recommend!We found a sign for All Around and called for some gutter and siding repair. They sent someone out within the week. We got a quote the same day. They scheduled and completed the work within another week. We searched for a company to complete this work for about 2 years. The damage was very high and difficult to reach. We had over a dozen contractors out who wouldn't do the work but All Around got it done quickly. Andrew was polite, professional, and honest. Jennifer was polite and responsive when I called. I needed a new roof on my house and garage. I got three estimates and All Around Roofing was the least expensive. I usually don't go for the cheapest option, but I figured that since they were a local business, I would talk to them. Fred and Joel from All Around Roofing were very attentive and talked me through the entire process, materials options, warranty, and pricing. The price they quoted was the price that I paid without any surprises. They also fixed a few issues with my soffit and fascia trim that was not in the original estimate.The work crew was very respectful with my property and cleaned up the jobsite very well. They started very early in the morning and were finished by that evening.Fred checked in after the job was finished to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. I will start my review with a disclaimer that we haven't actually chosen to go with All Around (yet) but out of the many roofing companies that we have had come out and quote us on a roofing replacement - they have by far, been the most professional, timely, and all-around (no pun intended) genuinely friendly companies i've had the pleasure of speaking with.Joey did a great job at answering my many questions and providing numerous detailed yet affordable options for what we need completed. I'm looking forward to working with this company in the coming weeks.

I had worked with All Around Roofing and Siding (AARS) Dayton to replace the roof for my house which had experienced wind damage, my assigned contact was Jalen Fields from AARS. The scope was to remove existing roof, clean debris and install new roof. Jalen was prompt, courteous in all his communications and so were the other team members in the office . Jalen kept me informed about the schedule, I was informed a few days before the actual work with a reminder so I can get prepared ( patio furniture, plants....) . This was our first roof repair; Jalen was patient and explained all the steps and available options. Jalen had answered some of my calls, text messages after regular business hours as sometimes I could not get back with him during normal business hours. The actual crew did a great professional job, they came early at 7 am , they were courteous, at task always and got it completed by 2.30 pm. The had a member walking around the house and cleaning debris during the whole process. Another team member came back at 5 PM as a follow up, walked around the house and removed any missed debris. I am highly satisfied with the quality of work performed by AARS/Jalen and would work with them again for my next project.

Excellent experience overall. I can see why they have been rated so high and have an excellent business record. The sales leader was quick to provide an assessment. The work was reasonable. The large team showed up and completely did my house and detached garage in one day. This included many roof repairs. The finished product looks great. All of the nails and prior roofing material was removed. Overall, I’m very grateful!

Had an inspection performed to repair a flat roof on a carport and was told I should expect the estimate either that day or the next. A week later I called to ask about this and was advised my name was spelled wrong on the email, and that they were going to resend it. Received the estimate and called the next day to accept the price and sign a contract. Was told to again, expect the contract and documents same day or the next. Another week later I called and was advised my email was still not updated and sent to the wrong place again. Asked about adding an additional item to the repair to which I was told yes it would add a small price increase to which I agreed, then was sent a "new" estimate which did not include this addition. I reached out to my contact again and have not heard back since. In the meantime I have a new company that has performed an inspection, provided an estimate, signed a contract and the work is scheduled all in the same time it took All Around to get me an estimate. It does not help the emails come from do-not-reply@.... but at the end they state "Reply directly to this email to respond." Company may do great repairs, I don't know but their infrastructure and organization do not reflect it. Would not recommend unless you want to babysit every step of the process.

The vinyl siding on the south side of my house was blowing off. All Around Roofing, Siding & Gutters came out and assessed the issue. Chelsea went out and was able to find matching siding and ordered it. As soon as it came in she called and get the repair scheduled. Bless them, it was very cold the day they made the repair. Repair is done, looks great and the siding is still there. Excellent service!

Joel, Fred, and team were wonderful to work with! I had water damage on the ceiling of one of the first floor bedrooms in my cape cod home. Joel sent out a guy from his team to look at my roof and then followed up 3 days later asking Fred to come out and see if there was enough storm damage for a claim with my insurance. My insurance denied the claim, but it was no fault in the effort put forth by Joel and his team. He worked with me to patch the current issue. I will definitely be going to them for my new roof next summer!

I can't say enough great things about this company. From the estimate to the installation, everything exceeded my expectations. Kyle came out to work up an estimate and walked me through each step and answered every question. On installation day the guys that came out were so meticulous and pleasant. Everything looks great and my rain chains are beautiful. I've walked the perimeter after the heavy rains we have gotten and all is good. We will definitely use this company in the future for any roof or gutter needs.
