After getting quotes and opinions from several roofing companies, I went with JW roofing for the replacement of 3 roofs (home, garage, shed). As well as gutters, soffit, and aluminum trim replacement. Their team worked effectively and completed the entire job in under 2 days. They walked me through each step of the process, gave me plenty of options to choose from, and offered helpful insight on my choices. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. They will be my first call should I ever have another exterior home repair need!

When purchasing our house, the roof was in rough shape so I linked up with JW roofing. They made this process extremely easy and worry free. Jesse was great to work with and responded quickly with any questions I had. His team had my roof completed in a day and had everything cleaned up by the time I made it home from work. The day of the estimate for my roof replacement the salesman Steve was professional. I informed the salesman that I would contact him on Monday with my decision to move forward or not. On Sunday the salesman called me wanting to know if I was going forward with the replacement due to him scheduling his work for the week. I told him that we were going with someone else due to the pricing. He stated to me that the company I was going with doesn't mean that their work is good. I told him I have never been on the roofs that he has replaced so I didn't know about his work either. He never showed pictures of his work during the estimate He then told me that he was not making anything off of it anyway. I also told him that the the original roof shingles are still being made in which during the estimate he told me the shingles were not made anymore. He told me that the shingles are no good. The roof is 21 years old and we never lost a shingle even during the strong winds. He proceeded to hang up on me. This is not a professional attitude in no way.Update 10-18-23. The owner of the company called me today to address my concerns. He was very professional and very apologetic for the performance of his salesman. I was very pleased to hear from the owner.

I received several representatives and estimates before I made my decision on a new metal roof. It was a full-service experience with a reasonable estimate, respectful/timely crew, and to be honest quite a car stopper metal roof that is amazing!Thank you to Jesse and his crew!!

JW roofing did such an amazing job on my roof. I had a leak in my roof that I needed fixed and when they inspected the roof they found storm damage. Steve Hayles who works with JW roofing helped me file a claim and fought hard to get the insurance company to pay for a whole new roof. After a hailstorm last year, J.T. and Danny with J.W. Roofing, happened to be in our neighborhood and stopped at our house. They asked if we needed an estimate, answering yes they immediately looked over our property, yard, house and garages noting items on their notepad. We gave them our insurance info and email address. The next morning the estimate had been sent to our insurance agent and copied to us. They took care of everything. They were prompt, polite and very professional! They were in and out in one day & came back & cleaned up the next day, no problem. Nice looking roof, however, my particular roof has a leaking skylight. Salesman said "let's try the new flashing first & if that doesn't work, we'll remove the skylight". It did not work and they did not come back to remove the skylight. My roof leaks worse now than it EVER did at the skylight. Numerous calls resulted in no response. My roof leaks badly...that was the whole reason I had them there in the first place. $7000 later and my roof still leaks. My house now smells like mold. I don't have enough savings to pay another contractor. I had financing with THESE guys, but they won't come back. Would I recommend fhem? Not without telling my story...buyer beware.Service: Roof installation

Agreed on a time to come quote a job and then no call/no showed and ignored follow up calls. I understand people are busy and weather can be a challenge but wasting people's time by not simply calling is not good business. This review does not speak to the work quality or price. Never got that far.

Roof looked good when first put on. But company had to come back to fix gutters they forgot. They have been back two more times to fix LEAKING roof. Two years down the road and still leaking! Last appointment on a Saturday was a no show and no call. Workers showed up following Monday to put clear cauke over last trips Brown cauke on top flashing. Didn't work! Have not received a call back in almost a WEEK now. Apparently they can't flash a chimney. Had chimney checked just to be sure. It's fine and chimney co said JW roofings flashing job looked like a five year old did it. Extremely disappointed!!!

I was very please with the work that was done by the installers. My issue was with the office/owner depositing the payment. Gave them a check and it took them over a month to deposit the check in there bank. If I do use them again they will be paid by either cash or cashiers check.

We had issues communicating with the day laborers. Ultimately, they fixed everything that they broke & our roof hasn't leaked at all. But it was uncomfortable so I wouldn't recommend them to friends.
