Randy, Greg, and their team were fantastic to work with. Randy made an appointment to inspect our roof and followed up with a comprehensive review of it's condition and provided a detailed estimate. They beat a reputable local competitor by more than $1000 for very comparable quotes. Their crew arrived on time and did an extemely thorough job of tearing off our old shingles, installing the new roof and cleaning up all of the debri. I would highly recommend them for your project.

We had quite a few roofing companies visit our house for estimates. We chose Security Roofing because they are a straight forward & honest company. Randy was very informative without being pushy. Randy & Greg were very easy to communicate with. They were quick to keep us updated on scheduling. The work crew at Security were on time & professional. They worked extremely hard to make our roof look amazing in 1 day. They left our property clean as well. I would definitely recommend Security Roofing & will use them for future roofing needs. On June 18, 2021, a hailstorm passed through our area of Bellbrook with hail the size of hazel nuts and half the diameter of walnuts. The next morning, I called Security Roofing who had replaced the roof at our last home in Miami Township with excellent results, to come and inspect for damage. Within hours of their business opening for the day, Security Roofing called to schedule a time to inspect the roof. Several hours later, Randy and Rick Sitz from Security Roofing pulled in driveway, set up ladders and started inspecting for damage. Within a short time, they determined we did not have any areas "open to the weather".Randy and Rick performed a detailed inspection including photographs which they provided the same day to our insurance company (Erie Insurance) which the claims agent used to arrange for paying for a new roof.The new roof was installed in late September on a mutually agreeable date over two days. Rick visited us three days after installation to conduct a quality review. The roof looks fantastic, the job site cleaned up so much you wouldn't even know the roof was just replaced and the crew was extremely polite and focused on the job.This was a textbook example of how a roofing company should install a new roof!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Attic venting, Roof installation

From the time I first called them they were VERY responsive, coming out to my house the same day within a couple hours to give me an estimate! The salesman was VERY knowledgeable and thorough and NOT high pressure! The estimate was made a day later and I forwarded it to my insurance company! I had already had my insurance companies adjuster come out with his estimate that took 2 weeks to finally get! His estimate was VERY low and based on a mistake he made in taking his measurements! The Security Roofing salesman caught this err and came out again to my house and re-measured it thus validating his measurements were correct and NOT the insurance adjusters! SR worked with my insurance company and got them to pay for the WHOLE roof, which utterly amazed me! When it was time for doing the work the SR field crew was fast, efficient and thorough! The whole office crew of Greg (owner), Matt and Randy were VERY personable, RESPONSIVE and accommodating to all my questions and concerns! It blew me away to see that this kind of REAL service STILL exists in America! I hope the best for Greg's business which I know will grow fast! Thank you Greg and company for a SUPERIOR job! From first contact through completion of work, Security Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They were fantastic about working with my insurance company to make sure the work was done properly (to code) and that the insurance company was covering everything they should. Security Roofing completed a complete tear off, some wood replacement (only what was necessary) and all shingles replaced. This was completed in less than a day! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your roofing job.

It's been a year since we had our roof installed and every time I see our neighbors get work done I appreciate Security more. One neighbor had a similar sized roof take three days while ours took one. Another neighbor has had signs for a competing roofer in their yard for close to three months now with no work done while ours was very timely. Another neighbor had a crew show up and blast music from their truck while they worked while Security's crew was professional, fast, and very neat. Couldn't ask for more.Service: Roof installation

They were the only company that would come out and try to fix a leak in our roof and not just attempt to sell us a new roof. We also had them come out at a later date to find attic vents that were leaking. Eventually we used them to replace the roof entirely because all the previous repairs were just stop gaps to save money to replace the entire thing. This is the second time I have hired Security Roofing to reroof my home. This time I also had them install gutters and a patio cover.An amazing, top quality company. If you are like me, looking for a roofing company was a very stressful time. It is an expensive repair and you want to be sure you are picking the right company. My roof was damaged by a storm and while it had 2 layers and was not leaking I had some time to research roofing companies. We searched the internet, talked to friends and ended up interviewing 7 companies - not fly by night operations but all long time roofing businesses, they all did quotes and for the same exact roof we got bids from $6800 all the way to $8900. I was shocked at the differences in prices. Most were showing us the exact same shingles so the difference in prices shocked me. When I was at the point of just giving up we contacted Security Roofing in Huber Heights. They presented us with a detailed contract and explained the process completely. They started work on the roof the next week and were done in one day. They cleaned the yard and left the house in perfect condition and the roof is beautiful. Their salesperson Randy even worked with my insurance company and got us another $426 for items that the insurance company did not cover on my original claim. That almost covered my deductible. I cannot tell you how wonderful it felt to turn this roofing repair over to people that not only offered the lowest price but took over and handled everything else. Everyone please save yourself the time, headache and worry that I went through - use Security Roofing. The best home repair decision I have ever made.

My husband and i just had Security Roofing replace our entire roof (complete tear off), gutters, and areas of previously damaged siding. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND their professional service! As a project manager and install supervisor myself, I was extremely impressed with their work! I travel a lot for work and knowing that my house was in good hands while I was out of town meant the world to me! Their installation lead and estimator both did a complete walk thru with me prior to their services (before I had to leave town) and thoroughly listened to my areas of concern with the house. I am so thankful for their time and attention to detail! Another quick side note, Greg the owner does a fabulous job keeping you updated! We had all of the Tornadoes come through Dayton the weekend they finished our roof and were about to start on the siding and gutters. Of course, I was ok with them helping the families in need the following (2) weeks after the Tornadoes hit before coming back to do the gutters and siding! Greg was so kind to keep me updated and even apologized for the delay, but I was more thankful to know that their team cared enough about our Dayton community to go out and help the families in Trotwood, North Dayton and Beaver creek that had the majority of the storm damage. If that doesn't tell you how much they care about their customers.......!!!!!I am very thankful that my co-worker highly recommend Security Roofing and I will continue to advocate for their business myself!

Wonderful! They are a quality business. Would definitely recommend and will use them again. They put on an entire new roof and 2 skylights in one day and cleaned up so well that you can't tell they were ever here! Very impressive operation. Not sure they are the cheapest ( they are competitive) but you get what you pay for!! We learned that the hard way with our previous roof that lasted less than 9 years due to poor workmanship and improper installation. Now we have even more expense to repair inside damage. We won't make that mistake again. You won't regret hiring Security Roofing!

Built a new home, Security Roofing installed our roof and came back after the rest of the contractor's were finished to make sure the other contractors didn't leave any ladder support strips and holes in the new roof. Working with Security Roofing was a pleasure from the first phone call to handing them the final check. The team was professional and kind, as if they were old friends. The roofing crew was amazing. They seemed to thoroughly enjoy the job. They started at 6:30 a.m. and were completely finished by 1:00 p.m. It was a total tear off and re-shingle. Parking in front of our drive way when they aren't at our house, and no one speaking English on the team or they are acting like they don't speak English either way rude.After this post was made they moved the vehicle blocking my driveway. So 2 more stars have been added.I don't have a problem with people getting their roofs done in fact I'm glad they getting the roof done but the teams has to respect neighborhoods and neighbors.Edit once again. Owner came by to apologize, VERY professional. I was initially very upset but the problem was fixed quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend them for the roofing they got my neighbors roof done in one day... FAR BETTER than any other roofer I've ever seen.

At the time of this review, I've only had the roof for just over 2 days so I cannot yet speak of anything having to do with how it holds up over time. However I expect it to do just fine.Short version:Low price, no pressure, easy to work with... I would recommend this company.Long version:Of all of my quotes, Security Roofing, Inc. was among the lowest. Greg, the owner, responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Randy, the person who did the initial inspection & measurements, was very easy to talk with and I felt absolutely no sales pressure. Randy took his time to answer all of my questions. Once we agreed on the work to be done and the quote was sent to me it took 3 weeks to get on the schedule and it was finished in one day. NOTE: This springs weather has most roofing companies very busy with all the rain and recent flooding so I think 3 weeks was a very reasonable timeframe.I knew what to expect every step of the way. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The workers showed up on time and worked very hard. I took many pictures and videos during the work and they didn't seem to mind.Work done-complete tear off and replace-install ice & water shield-install viking shield synthetic underlayment-install drip edge-install dimensional shingles-install ridge cap shingles-install ridge cap & shingles over it-chimney flashing replaced-3 pipe boots replaced-replaced exhaust fan vent-All debris hauled away-Very meticulous magnetic sweep for any remaining nailsWorkers were happy, polite and focused. The entire job took from 7am until very early afternoon.I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend this company.My thanks to Greg, Randy and the 5 workers who made it look so simple!!

The roof contractor, Security Roofing and his crew were amazing. The crew showed up Friday afternoon a few weeks ago, and had to job done in about two hours to remove stove pipe. As part of the job, they were also going toconnect the bathroom exhaust fan to roof. When the guys got in the roof they found it was already connected and exiting out of the side of the house, so that portion of the work was not needed. (shows integrity!!) The crew was three guys, who did a superior job.A week or two had passed, and I had not yet seen the bill. I called andleft a voice mail, making sure I had not misplaced the bill. I got the billa couple of days later and the whole thing was only $550. The originalquote was $750 which I thought was a good deal by itself. I highly recommend them.

New roof and gutters look great. Everyone I spoke to was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Two separate crews (roofing and gutters) -- each finished their work in one day. Both crews cleaned up well after they left, so it was hard to tell they had even been there. Very pleased with the results!

I highly recommend. Professional! Very responsive, straightforward and no nonsense. Excellent work. Dealing with insurance companies and damage to your roof can be a challenge. Greg made it easier and simplified. Integrity... Says what they will do and then follows through. Hard to find these days!
