Jamie Scully was great to work with at Wagner Roofing and Construction. He was very responsive and readily available whenever I had a question. The company did the siding for me on a large house. It was quality work at an honest price and I would go through them again. The company has undergone a lot of leadership change recently which caused some glitches, but the new staff have been extremely accommodating and would even take the time to call after hours to make sure the job was completed to satisfaction.

Wagner replaced our roof and gutters. Very pleased with the whole process, from sales to installation Our sales representative was great in explaining what we needed. Other estimates indicated we needed bigger gutters than what we had. Total cost was much better than the 3 others we received. We did not go through insurance so the final cost was well below what I was expecting. Which was a pleasant surprise. The installation was quick and they cleaned everything up before leaving. I had a metal roof installed last year along with gutters. I love the metal roof, it's lowered my heating and cooling bills a little bit which is nice too.They were very thorough in cleaning up the yard after pulling up the old roof. They used a metal machine to find nails on the ground and another guy went along on his hands and knees checking for them too. I still found a few odd ones, but we never were hurt by them.The only things that could be improved was scheduling and having a roofing/gutter crew that spoke good English. I waited at home several days thinking they were coming but hadn't. I found the key was calling the coordinator at the office to see when they were actually coming.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

I went over to Wagner roofing, and I was incredibly impressed with the service of a very specific top quality man. I asked the young man his name and it was RJ, i will recommend this service to EVERYONE I know!! I don’t usually do reviews but after seeing this young man’s effort with going above and beyond I deem this deserved! Everything was done timely I was not only respected! but treated like I was valued. He was on TOP of everything! That man gave me all the information I needed and more! I walked away with head held high, feeling confident in my services knowing I’m in good hands with good honest people!

I had a metal roof placed on a shed that’s attached to the back of my home that had considerable carpenter bee damage, and the guys from Wagner Roofing replaced the entire under structure of the roof and the front of the shed prior to the metal roof being installed. I knew it would be an improvement, but was literally floored by the finished project. The only mistake you could make would be NOT having this company in your contact list and on speed dial. I’m beyond satisfied with their professionalism and customer focused attitude.

I contacted my insurance agent regarding a leak in the roof and he recommended Wagner Roofing based on his experience with the company and the quality work they do. Wagner Roofing sent an inspector/representative named Mike Alvarado to my house, he went on the roof and got into the attic and found the source of the leak. Later that week Mike met with my insurance adjuster and it was determined that I needed a new roof. Mike and another gentleman from Wagner Roofing named Danny Thokey spent a lot of time at my house making sure the job was done correctly, answered my numerous questions, and made certain that the entire job of replacing the roof, aftermath-cleanup, and final inspection were done thoroughly and professionally. Mike is very knowledgeable about his job, highly professional, very pleasant, and extremely patient. We called Wagner to come and and look at a leak we had. He that a boot was bad that needed to be replaced. They said they had to special order it and it would take a week or so, it was over a month before they came back and a guy showed up with a tube of caulking and said he was going to seal the boot. I called the manager while he was sealing the boot. The manager said they would come back and seal the whole roof and replace the boot. The didn’t use the correct boot and didn’t seal the roof only hit the high spots for the 1200 that is the minimum for them to take a job. Called them back a few months after the replacement of the boot because it was still leaking. I didn’t receive and pictures of before or after. I am now replacing the whole roof. Haven’t heard back. Would not recommend this company.Service: Roof damage repair
