Eric and his team are a breath of fresh air in the world of home remodeling contractors who don't return calls, are not on time and on budget. Quite the contrary, they return calls and emails, show up on time and complete the project as promised.We had two successful projects with them thus far: An installation of luxury vinyl flooring and a ceramic tile shower surround install. In both instances, the guys showed up at the time on the date they promised, and finished it within the specified time frame. The work is of high quality and the employees are quite pleasant. Highly recommend!

Without question Eric and his crew are complete professionals. They remodeled our bathroom and removed the tub and replaced it with a shower, in addition to painting, adding fixtures and electrical work. Eric and his team did a wonderful job, and went above and ensured a complete job, even though they ran into issues due to the incorrect construction done by whomever built this addition on our house.Once they cut the old shower out, they discovered that the framing behind the show was not flat, and parallel to the walls, and certainly not straight. They also found that the vent pipe for the drain system was 4 inches, and therefore did not fit within the 2x4 frame, and was taking advantage of the hollow design of the old shower.While originally, it was intended to be a 2 day job, all the extra work shaving off parts of frame that jutted out too far, building up parts that were set back too far, and replacing the 4 inch vent pipe with a 1+1/2 inch pipe resulted in a third day.They did all the extra work at no additional charge, even though they had to buy the pipe and fitting, and a metal strip to cover the part of the floor in front of the shower, since the new show is about 1+1/2 inch shorter front to back.Not only was there no additional charge, When it came time to pay, Eric noted that I was a veteran, and gave me a discount off the originally quoted price.That is what I call professionalism, and local business caring!I highly recommend Eric's HB E&K, LLC , (AKA Home Medic's), as a quality caring company!

My wife and I recently hired this team of professionals to install specialty/accent siding on the front of our home. I cannot say enough good things about the quality and the care of the work they performed. They started every day early and ended each day by cleaning up debris and storing their tools. They are very confident in what needs to be done and they never took shortcuts. They are very affordable and always used quality materials. We have other jobs that will require professional help and we will most definitely employee their services again.

Eric came out and looked at the project and assured me he could do it. I told him the last guy was a flake and he said that he is not like that. He left telling me that he would e-mail me a quote in a few days. A week later after receiving nothing I called and left a message asking about the quote. No response. A few days later sent an email. No response. A few days after that I called and left yet another voice mail. Nothing. Not a no thanks. Not a I'm too busy. Not a leave me alone. Not a please give me a few days. Absolutely nothing. So while he seemed very professional and helpful and said all the right things, it actually ended up just being a complete waste of time.
