We used McNulty Construction on two separate occasions. First was to put new siding on the front of our house. The second time was about 4 months later to demo our small 4x6 porch and expand it to a 8x34 porch. Both times the crew was fantastic. They did high quality work, were professional, helpful and patient with us when trying to decide colors and styles for the porch. Chris, the foreman, was a real nice guy and very helpful in helping us with tips, advice and to envision how to make this look the best. Since they are such a small company and crew, communication is sometimes slow but Donna will always get back to you and when she can't answer something, Scott will reach out. They were super affordable and the quality of the work was great as expected. We have zero complaints about McNulty Construction, their crew or their workmanship. Our house is day and night better after working with them!

I've used McNulty construction for several jobs at my house. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was very competitive. Depending on the size of your job you may have to wait a for an opening between his bigger jobs but it's worth a short wait. I highly recommend Scott McNulty and have referred him to my friends and family.

Poor customer service....very poor! Another contractor remodeling a bathroom for us called this company to repair flashing on roof because it was leaking onto fresh paint. Not only did they not come at the time they specified, but did not come until 4 days later....sent his son, unannounced, then left before I could pay. When bathroom contractor came back....he had a message from roofer...."you need a new roof and it will be $13,000. During all this time, never heard a word from Scott McNulty himself. Very poor business person. When someone gives me a time he will be at my house, does not call or show up (claims he was busy) then that person does not deserve my time or money....or yours.

My husband and I arranged for a free estimate with McNulty Roofing. As planned, the employee supposedly arrived at our home while nobody was there and called my cell while I was at work . The employee, who's last name he stated was McNulty, indicated that he would look at the roof and either call or stop by my home to speak to us later that evening. We did not see or hear back from him. That was four days ago. I can only conclude that McNulty is a company that does not want or need business.

Rotten company. Estimator came late and empty handed. Needed to borrow my ladder to get to roof. Estimated ungodly price. Didn't write down appointment date. Just walked away like he didn't care about the work. Too expensive for that kind of service.

Wonderful people. Amazing work. Our family uses them for all of our roofing/construction needs. Trustworthy people that do quality work. Hard to find that these days.
