I contracted Need Roof Guys for our house roof work in August 2020. Nick showed up and was quick to help us with recommendations, shingle selection and a quick and accurate quote. After approved, a crew came and knocked it out shortly thereafter. They cleaned up well afterwards which was one of my concerns.Since they exceeded my expectations with new shingles, gutters, and downspouts on the house in 2022, I had them quote the detached garage roof repair in May of 2022. Same story of promptness, professionalism, and quality workmanship. This is really 2 x 5 Star reviews in one.I'm certain they are not the lowest price, but if you are looking for a quality outcome give Need Roof Guys a call. Nick was great throughout our roof replacement experience. We called them to inspect a missing shingle. He noticed significant wind/hail damage and helped us gather the information needed to submit our claim. We had our full roof replaced and they were quick, professional, and thorough. Huge thanks to Nick Peredelskiy and his crew with Need Roof Guys. They installed our roof today in one day and cleaned up afterwards perfectly. I cant recommend them enough. Great to work with and very helpful from A to Z.Adding that it was super cold today and they arrived at 8am and stayed til finished at dusk.If any of my local Cincy folks needs a new roof, contact Nick IMMEDIATELY.

Started off on the wrong foot... Nick promptly scheduled to visit my house for an estimate. He planned to be there between 9 and 10. Unfortunately at 10 I called HIM to asked why he did not show, he begins to tell me that he is only 8 minutes away. I told him that if this is your first impression and you didn't attempt to keep me informed to simply just turn around.If could give ZERO stars I would. Being a former contractor, you cannot let this be the first impression of your organization. People's time is a upmost value, and my time was wasted on Nick.

I know these guys are busy, but they came to our house to quote a roof repair but never got back with us with the quote. We reached out at least once and were told the quote would come that day or the next. Then crickets... very frustrating.
