Sheriff Goslin did a great job on the new roof! From the estimate to the start of the roof work our sales person (Josh) made us feel comfortable and at ease with the entire process Josh reassured us that he will treat this project like its at his own residence and once we explained our needs Josh took care of everything from that point. The crew arrived early, stayed late and after the work was complete the yard was clean and organized like before they arrived. The new gutters with shields are perfect we no longer have to worry about cleaning leaves out of the gutters anymore. The new roof is absolutely beautiful this was well worth the expense and we are thankful Sheriff Goslin, Josh and his crew had the time to complete this project for us. Sherriff Goslin was wonderful. We had wind damage in March 2023. Justin came out the day we called. Due to our homeowners' insurance, the process was slow. Tom, Justin, and Austin kept us in the loop and up to date. They worked to get us the best possible outcome. The roofing crew that tore off our old roof and installed the new one was awesome! They cleaned up everything and were very respectful of our property. Sherriff Goslin was extremely easy to work with. Unfortunately our insurance company was not, but Sherriff Goslin stuck with us through months of back and forth with them. When we first noticed storm damage in the spring, Justin came out within the day, got a tarp over it, and helped us understand the insurance claim process. Communication with the company and their rep, Justin, was fantastic. When we finally got approval from our insurance company for a replacement, it was smooth sailing. All we had to was sign on the dotted line and everything was done within the next couple of weeks. They also repaired damaged fascia on the front of our house. Everything looks perfect now!

Sheriff-Goslin definitely deserves a heartfelt five star review. My point of contact was Justin, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The problem which I called about turned out to be not nearly as bad as feared and Justin was very honest and upfront about it. The previous owner installed an S-G roof 15 years ago, and it is still in excellent condition. The char-loc tiles have held up very well and are of high quality, and almost all look like as-new condition. It's hard to describe, but the surface looks more durable than regular, rectangular tiles.My neighbor also independently mentioned that Sherriff-Goslin was a quality company when I was scrambling to dig up the original invoice, and I didn’t know what company had installed it.I would recommend Sherriff-Goslin for quality of product and honest, upfront service.Service: Roof inspection

I called them to come out for an estimate for a new roof Jason came out and let me know I should file an insurance claim which I did, Tom and his team handled the whole process, it did take some time (4 months due to insurance company) but they stuck to their word and needless to say I have a new roof, it looks great, no issues, great customer service, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I called Sherriff and Goslin on New Years Eve because I had a leak surrounding my dryer vent. Justin came out within a couple of hours, identified a solution to the leak and fixed it all before lunch time. He was very kind and considerate in explaining the solution and having to run to get additional parts to get leak fixed. I called on Sheriff Goslin to check out a leak in my bathroom ceiling that I discovered. We’ve had a lot of rain. Justin was quick to get here even though it is still raining. He checked all over the roof and found no roof issue. Just a gasket around a pipe that runs along that side of house. They put on a new roof for me in 2008 after Hurricane Ike damage and it has held up well. I had storm damage on my roof and the first adjuster came out and met with a different roofing company and they would not approve to repair my roof. I was told to call Tom with sheriff Goslin quality roofing by my niece and he came out and met with a different adjuster and they approved to replace my roof. Tom was great to work with and he followed through and explained everything extremely well. A few weeks later they came out to replace my roof, Justin was the manager on the job and they did a fantastic job. I went around the house and cut the grass the next day and never found one nail or even one piece of shingle or paper that was left behind. I can’t imagine that anyone could do any better job than what Tom and Justin did with sheriff Goslin roofing.

Justin Janszen came to check on a leak in my dining room, it was on a Friday evening after working late. He went up on the roof and found a shingle had been pushed up where the leak was, he proceeded to check the rest of my roof and found a couple more shingles starting to pop up and took care of them as well. He also caulked around the vents for me. He would not accept payment from me saying it was no big deal to do what he did and to just keep them in mind when I'm ready to replace my roof. Justin is very polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to , he gave me an estimate only after I asked , he didn't push anything on my like a typical salesman would. Yes , I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful company! Fantastic service! My roof had been damaged from hail and animals. Justin Janszen and Sherriff-Goslin were the first call I knew to make. Justin was immediately ready to help in any way he could. He came to our house at OUR convenience and did a thorough inspection. He stayed with me and explained all of the information that was being given to me in terms I could understand. Justin made some adjustments to the roofing process so that I could have some insulation work completed in a way that I felt comfortable and then he returned to complete the work and make sure the roof was to Sherriff-Goslin standards. The process itself was QUICK and surprising. Justin and his crew had my roof taken off, repaired and replaced in an unbelievably short time. The crew working on my roof were kind and respectful men. My father-in-law recommended Sherriff Goslin Roofing when we told him we had a leak in our bedroom. He said they were very responsive, when they fixed his roof and hasn't had any issues since. We called on a Saturday afternoon after noticing the water marks on our roof and Justin was here in 20 minutes. He was extremely professional, and was on our roof in no time and our leak was fixed.
