This was the first time I have used a water extraction company and it was a great experience. I contacted WET because they are local. Rhett was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They did a nice job taking down moldy drywall, a shower, and flooring. Everything was left as clean as could be when the job was done. I will definitely use WET again if ever needed, and highly recommend.

When our tenant called to say there was “a waterfall” in the family room of our condo, our first call was to WET. They met us there as we sped across town to assess what was happening. From that point forward, they handled the water disaster with professionalism and expertise. I felt comfortable with the owner, Nate, and also his team. They were friendly, helpful and cleaned up the mess. They hauled all of the materials from the demo out and left the place perfectly prepared for the construction crew to come in and repair damages. From the start this company was amazing. I decided to go with a local smaller company because I was brought up to try to help the little guy and I think the big people get enough business. I feel like we got better service because of that they were very responsive and Lindsey was great, she's the one that answered the phone and helped me with the situation. We had problems with our insurance company and there was a lot of running around making phone calls because our adjuster wasn't doing her job correctly and Lindsay was very compassionate about that and in the end State farm ended up paying the amount minus the deduction it took much work on my part and WET to get that done. In summary I feel that this is a great company they do a good job and they're very friendly and concerned. They assisted me with regards to a recent flood in my home and sent out one of their representatives to analyze my situation. After having been told by the representative that he would email me a report, which included recommendations to throw away all of my couches, sectionals, beds & bedding.The report (that I needed to give to my insurance as part of my claim) was never emailed to me. I followed up a couple of times with their secretary, who assured me she would ask the representative to email me the report (I even offered to pay for said report, but was told, “that is part of our free service)After waiting even further, I called again for them to tell me “They don’t provide such reports”I asked to speak with either Lisa or Joe Keller & was told that they would have them call me. I never received a callback.Because of this I am now out several thousand dollars, as I took their advice and tossed my belongings but with no report, I cannot prove my losses to the insurance company.A totally unprofessional company that I would avoid at all costs.

I met Joe and team when professional services were needed for soot issues in my family home. I got to know Joe a lot better over the next 3 months while we’re were displaced from our home. A family of 5 with 2 dogs in a 2 bedroom apartment 25 miles from home can put a lot of stress on that family. Joe did his best to ease tensions and work with us to get home as quick and safely as possible. Joe came over on a Sunday and really guided us through the entire restoration process for soot cleanup. Insurance put up a fight of what methods were needed to keep my family safe, Joe was on our side the entire time. Early September we had a horrible water backup situation which resulted in many gallons of raw sewage on our 1st floor (bathroom, hallway and kitchen) and basement. The WET team responded quickly and did a remarkable job cleaning the mess and removing all damaged property, sanitizing, and air-scrubbing, dehumidifying and drying out all parts of our house that were damaged. Sadly, despite our plumber's assurance that the backup wouldn't happen again before we had a pipe replaced, the same situation occurred six days later - the night before the plumber was schedule to excavate and replace the sewage pipe. Once again, the WET team came out and made it all alright. Our contact for WET was Rose. She was quick to answer questions and even helped us by quickly sending information including photos directly to our insurance company. Rose was quite patient with us as the insurance company took an absurdly long time (2 months) to complete their payment to WET for their services. Although I hope to never need them again, I'm happy and confident in knowing that the WET team can be counted on for quick and professional service.

We experienced flooding in our newly finished basement on Oct 19, 2020 when our sump pump float switch stuck while we were getting heavy rains. WET was recommended by the plumber we called. They answered my wife's call Monday night & were at my house the next day. They removed the damaged flooring, cleaned everything, vacuumed the remaining water, removed base boards & drilled holes in the dry wall near the floor allow air access & ran many blowers & dehumidifiers for 3 days to completely dry everything out. I cannot say enough about these guys!These guys come out fast, are knowledgeable, patient and kind and helped us navigate through everything needed to get back into SAFE and WORKING order. They took care of any potential problems, they worked hard and cleaned up after themselves.We have had to use them TWICE with two separate issues on two separate homes. I highly recommend these guys! When faced with a home disaster no matter how big or small, these guys are the guys you want to help you!!Also beware that some insurance companies will use scare tactics and tell you that you cannot choose your own restoration company. THAT IS FALSE! Insurance companies have companies they work with a lot and so they refer them to continue the business but that doesn't mean YOU have to use them!

THANK YOU to Joe Keller and his crew for making our house a “ home” again! This past winter our fireplace had a “blowback” that created soot damage throughout our entire home. Joe Keller of W.E.T. and crew came into our home and proceeded to clean up the soot mess! All the men and women that came here went right to work cleaning the walls, ceilings and every item! The respect for our home and belongings was awesome! Shining example of excellence! All they did was extract water from basement. Said meters were within range but basement still musty. Floors scraped and needs to be prepped and repainted. All the water that was in basement pulled up line from utility sink and now won’t stay in place and won’t go down the drain when using washer. Water went in to other side of basement, don’t know if got under tiles and if eventually will become loose.
