The people from Jacob’s Restoration did an amazing job of helping us through our burst bathroom pipe/valve. They were quick to arrive and kept things moving smoothly, including helping to keep our insurance claim moving along.The floors that were reinstalled during our rebuild look so wonderful. We were impressed by the guys that installed the floors. They were attentive to detail, moved furniture, and worked quickly.Sarah oversaw everything so nicely and was easy to get connected with if we had concerns or questions. We highly recommend them!

Jacob’s restoration was amazing. From timely communication to care and expertise.. they were there for us! We had a main pipe leak all over; they got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. They dried everything up so no worries ofmold damage. They explained everything they were doing and why.. offering advice. They had to remove some flooring but made sure the space was cleaned up and safe before they left. I appreciated them taking care of everything so well at this stressful time. Very nice people too! Thanks so much!

The Jacob’s Restoration team was very helpful through the initial stages of removing the damaged ceiling and carpeting, and drying out the bedroom after the a/c drain line leak. Sarah has been exceptional in working with my insurance company, making sure that all estimates are accurate so that the adjuster has correct information for my claim. This is not the first time we have used Jacob's, and it won't be the last time. Our basement flooded and they were here within the hour that I called them. The plumber installed new sump pumps and the restoration crew was on-site shortly thereafter. The crew is professional, friendly, and provided great quality work.
