We are very impressed with the quality of work, respect for our property, and impeccable clean up by his crew. Roszman Roofing and Remodeling did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. Tear-off, roof deck repairs, Ice Shield the entire main roof: due to 2/12 pitch, shingle, and clean- up all in one day. The entire crew knows their job and how to do it and they work like a well-oiled machine. When I saw the Equipter 4000 in action, I knew I had made the right choice. One of the best home services we've had in a long time! First, we got three quotes, but Alex of Roszman was the only person who inspected our roof from the inside as well as outside. He advised us that there were no leaks inside, and that honestly, we could go another year or two without replacement. His quote was almost exactly equal to one almost as highly-rated competitor. (The third was insanely high!)We went ahead with Roszman, and got on the schedule. The crew came out and worked very fast and efficiently (Thanks, Kingdom!), but did a really nice job of protecting our new gutters, and cleaning up. One and a half days later they were done and our roof looks beautiful. One hiccup was that one of our downspout extensions was lost in the process, but Alex ordered a new one and came out and installed it in two days. Roszman Roofing replaced our roof on the house and garage. From the time I contacted them for an estimate to the completion of the job, they were professionals every step of the process. Alex provided excellent customer service with the quoting process, the crew arrived on time and worked nonstop except for a very short lunch break. The cleanup from the job was great, you would never know they were there. The Owner, Mr Obie Roszman came the first day to review the project and he thanked me for hiring them. I thought this was a very good and I could tell he was very genuine in his appreciation for the job. They also painted the ugly pipes on the back of the house so they would blend in with the new roof. This was something I didn't ask them to do, but its this kind of detail that is really appreciated.
