Unless you actually drive for cheeseman, You are going to think some of these reviews are possibly fake but I assure you, they are not. I've been driving for them a little less than a year and the driver who recruited me made it sound so good, I just couldn't believe it but I thought I would give them a shot anyway. It was everything he said and more. I have had at least two mechanics in their shop to tell me thanks for being a driver because it gives them job security. How many mechanics treat you like anything more than a nuisance for a lot of companies? These mechanics are Johnny on the spot when it comes to maintenance and of course, every truck will need maintenance from time to time. The dispatchers are awesome and great communicators and never throw more at you than you can handle and come right out and ask you which direction would you like to go very often. They want you happy and they want you sticking around. It's obvious from top level management to dispatchers to everyone that this company has got it right. I have had some eye-popping paychecks. I was happy with my first and only other company and I was hesitant to leave but I'm even happier at cheeseman. I love my job here!

Very nice staff. They are very polite and respectful to drivers. This is shipping facility of CROWN dock stackers, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks. This mechanics use to load and unload trailers and alot of other stuff. Pretty Great warehouse

This may be the best trucking company I have driven for, and I have driven for quite a few. They have great benefits and take care of their drivers. Even I encounter any problem, I call whoever I need to call and the issue is resolved. Everything offered when interviewed and hired has been followed through. They make sure you’re doing okay and show that they actually care about us drivers, they don’t simply say they care…they show it! Thank you Cheeseman!

Best Company I have ever worked for! I'm New in the truck industry,and I did a lot of research before deciding on who to work for. Thankfully they hired me, and everything I read in my research was true, and even better than what I expected! The trainer's are top notch,and thorough. The management are true to their word, and the ladies in the office are super nice. Dispatch personal are always willing to work with you on your needs,time off and routes... Not enough of great words to talk about cheeseman. I've been here going on 11 years and I would have to be kicked out of here. It's a family to me. Always have been respected for what I've done. Never felt like a job to me yes, sometimes you have to take the bad with the good but the good is 99.9% of time. As long as you understand that it's not roses everyday. You have a day were things don't go your way but deal with it that's life. Ed the owner is a man of his word he wouldn't have you do anything that he wouldn't, yes he does drives. Great Christian man that will pray with you if you ask him to. My bosses I call them (dispatch) will never never lie to you, sometimes things happen out of there control, but if it does they will do there best to get you through it. That goes from GSP ( Matt, Rhonda, Jason, Greg, Jake ) the FORT RECOVERY ( Josh, Keith ,Brent, Steve, Jason, Sheri, Shorty, Bob, Becky) they are all top notch bosses in there jobs. The mantaince keeps you running I'm out of GSP and Rick you'll never find one better. HR along with payroll (I always say the most important besides ED and he will probably say no payroll is the most important because they handle our money) is there to answer any problems that arise. Between Eileen and Brenda you want beat. Also, Sara our big boss you can always call her. She has a ear to listen for any concerns you have, I dont think there's nothing she don't know, if she don't though she will get You a answere. You are probably saying this guy don't have anything negative to say well actually, no I dont!!! To me it all goes back to leadership (Ed) and it goes from there. He will not expect any less. I would have to say most drivers would tell you yes I would go through a brick wall for ED. That's why so many of us has been here for 5 10 15 20 25 to 40 years. I'll close with this ED will remind us HEY I NEED YOU MORE THAN YOU NEED ME!!! Please keep us in mind if you are looking for a driving change. As you see this is my family also.

Stay away from their trucks if you see them on the high way. The rubber on their trucks tires will rip off and hit your car and then the driver will act like nothing happened. I would not trust them transporting goods for me if I was a business owner. Unsafe trucks.
