I just had remodeling done in my home due to water damage. I am very pleased with the service I received from Randy & his crew. They went above and beyond to help us in any way and made sure all of our questions/concerns were taken care of. I am very impressed with the professionalism and genuine work they do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done to their home or business.

Randy and his crew treated my project as if it was his own home. The care and quality of the work could not be surpassed. They refinished my basement after a water backup issue and replaced exterior fascia trim. I would highly recommend Refined Construction.

They care. They want to make the client happy and do their best. However, construction is hard right now with shortages of both employees and raw materials. I know they did their best. Refined construction is a company with integrity and they feel the process right along with you. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the duration of the project. I know they did their best. But because of my business limitations during construction, our client retention plummeted. Clients were unhappy that construction continued to drag on for 6 months past the expected completion. Some of my business Google reviews were brutal during the time of construction. My business has suffered, and I am basically starting over because clients left while waiting for construction to be completed. Financially, I am struggling to keep my business going because ongoing construction caused my clients to seek care elsewhere. If I had known that construction would take 8 months instead of 2, I could have planned better. Of course none of us expected this. This is a crappy situation and I wish I could give 4.5 stars. I just can't give a full 5 because there were so many hiccups along the way.
