Miller Custom Exteriors is AMAZING! We have had them out for our siding, doors, windows, gutters, and recently, our roof. I am hoping to have them out soon for our front porch.Their staff is incredible. Craftsmanship is superior, care and respect to the homeowners and their property is superior, they make no mess during install. (If they do, it is cleaned up before you even know there was a mess) They are the best company I have had the privilege to come to my home to perform work. I will never hire another company to perform the services they provide, not ever.If you ever need any service or repair if something breaks or isn’t functioning, call Ann and she will make sure all is taken care of promptly. If she doesn’t, call again, your message might have gotten lost. (I experienced this, so just call again, they will make it right every time)I can not say enough about how this company cares about the quality of their craftsmanship, the care they give the homeowners when at your home, and how they stand behind their work.

Fantastic Floors by Miller Custom Exteriors completed our 4 stall garage today. Chris, Dan, Norman and Matt did a "fantastic" job! It looks even better than we expected. They were efficient, courteous, and did an excellent job. It really completed our newly built house.

Shout out to Miller's Customer Satisfaction Center. We had our home resided several years ago and I had a dent in some garage trim. This was MY OWN FAULT yet Miller's replaced the damaged trim. We had a wonder full experience With Miller's Custom Exteriors, extremely easy to work with before and during the project. The two gentleman that did the siding were friendly and professional and did excellent work, and one day even called me at work to see if they need to let my dog in when they were leaving (were do you find that kind of service anymore). Had a back door installed $1800. It leaked. They came back out and caulked it. It still leaks. We called 2 times they won't come back out its still under warrantyThey said they will let someone know but will not give us a repair date. Its been over a year they came out a year ago said he needs to order parts. Never heard from them again. Following the replacement of our shake shingle siding on the front of our home in February of 2020, we were so impressed with the quality of Miller Custom Exterior’s workmanship, level of professionalism and competitive pricing that we added several additional projects to our home improvement list including gutter guards, a garage floor, and installing shake shingle siding on two additional sides of our home.During the Summer of 2020, Kevin did an absolutely excellent job of installing the gutter guards across a very complex roof line. We were very satisfied with his work!In October of 2020, we worked with Jaron for the application of Fantastic Floors in our garage. We could not be more pleased with the finished product!Then, in February of 2021, we considered ourselves fortunate to have Luke return to lead the application of shake shingles on two additional sides of our home. The weather was brutal, but Luke and Rob did not “miss a beat.” Again, the work was fantastic!We are currently planning yet another small exterior project for which we will call upon Miller Custom Exteriors to do.We are very grateful to have developed a relationship with this company and any projects we undertake in the future will be done by Miller Custom Exteriors.

We had a complete roof tear off and replacement along with no clog gutters and downspouts completed this month. The entire Miller Custom Exterior team was always prompt and on time. Dana Deeds was prompt and professional in the estimate and helping with the selection of products. The workman were very careful and meticulous in their workmanship. Not only was our total roof replacement completed in 1 1/2 days, but the "extra jobs" of drywall patching and baseboard replacement, and flashing replacement (we requested that had nothing to do with the roof) were done quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. We were looking to screen in part of our porch. We had looked at several options but the folks from Miller Custom Exteriors seem to have the best option. We are so glad that we chose them for our project. The main carpenter, Mark, did an amazing job. He was able to adjust several items on the fly so as to ensure that all the details were taken care of. Lorin Miller, the salesman, was extremely helpful in helping us lay out the details and ensure that we had a plan that would work well with our existing structure and our budget. All in all, the entire team did an amazing job. They took care of all the little details that so many others would have let slide. We highly recommend them!!

We recently had work done at our home in Waynesburg after some storm damage wreaked havoc on our roof. Lorin (owner) was very attentive to our situation and ensured that the process was smooth for us. Working for a local contractor myself in another field, I have very high standards for customer service and also attention to detail regarding install work. Every step of the way was nothing short of an impressive experience. Ray and his crew did amazing work on our roof and the clean up and care of our property was top notch. We also had seamless gutters and downspouts which were meticulously installed by Kevin. In addition, we had a slider door, and man door installed off our garage with excellent craftsmanship. I am very pleased with the new standing seam metal roof that Miller installed on my 120 year old house. Every one of their employees I was in contact with was courteous and professional. The installation crew worked well together, with no screaming, swearing, smoking or loud music. The estimators and office staff promptly answered my questions and everything proceeded as they said it would. Upon completion of the project, I have got nothing but high praise from my neighbors for the new look of my house. The metal roofing is very quiet, making less noise in a rain storm than my old asphalt shingle roof. I am glad that I had this work done and would recommend Miller Custom Exteriors to anyone considering a metal roof.

We are delighted with our new metal roof. We chose the type that resembled tile and we have people regularly stop in front of the house to compliment it. The workmanship is excellent and the job was done quickly. The crew also replaced two old skylights with more efficient ones and added a new skylight and a "light tube" to a bathroom that had no windows. We were impressed with how the crew cleaned up each day and when the whole job was done. They deserve an "A-one" rating.

I had two roofs done--metal shingle, which looks AWESOME and gets compliments from the neighbors, and a flat asphalt roof, and gutters with bonnet. The workmanship was perfect, they worked really hard despite the cold. The price for the metal shingle was the best I could find. Very nice crew, sales, office. Easy to work with. Got a great list of houses to check out how my metal roof would look--all looked great.
