Kirk, the owner of Roofmasters, is an expert at dealing with insurance companies. Once he determined our roof problems were caused by storm damage, he never gave up on pursuing the insurance claim. We were so glad to have him help us through the process. He did a great job of keeping in touch with us and was tenacious with the insurance company. We loved the personal attention he gave us and the new roof looks wonderful! His crew was polite, respectful, fast, and thorough. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves. Roofmasters did a great job on our roof after bad storms impacted our neighborhood. They came out and tarped in less than 12 hours after the storm passed and we had a new roof within 2 weeks. Very professional and high quality work.

Kirk worked on our behalf to convince the insurance company that we indeed needed the work due to hail/wind damage. At first they said no, then they said no again, Kirk did the analysis and provided the proof that in the end forced them to replace the full roof. He never gave up. Even once they approved the work he had to go back to them resubmitting estimate revisions multiple times to finally get it all covered. Thank you Kirk for making the house look great and making a very stressful interaction with Insurance less so. Not to mention that the roof was torn off and replaced all in one day. Roofmasters met and exceeded our expectations. Our roof was heavily damaged in a wind storm in February. Luckily, our neighbor had his roof redone just a few months prior. I observed the crew replacing his roof and liked how they stripped the old roof and did repairs to the substructure, so I asked my neighbor who fixed his roof. Once we contacted Roofmasters, they were out an hour later to cover the damage and assess the damage. Kirk fought on our behalf and it was a pain-free experience processing the claim with our insurance. The quality of the install was excellent. We have a huge roof and they finished it in one day. Clean up was also amazing. I assumed we would need to pick up alot of nails and old materials, but they thoroughly picked up after the job was complete. I was lucky to have met Kirk the owner of Roofmasters. While he was replacing the roof of my neighbor, he noticed I had siding damage. After inspecting my roof, he found areas where shingles were missing. He met with my insurance company's adjuster and pointed out the damage. He also covered the areas of the roof that could leak before the job was completed. I received my siding repair and roof at no cost to me. Kirk took charge of meeting my appraiser and handled all the negotiations. He is an honest and caring individual and you cannot go wrong with Kirk from Roofmasters! Roofmaster’s and Kirk Fillinger is hands down the best contractor we have ever dealt with. After months of dealing with an insurance company that refused to repair anything and an unresponsive and unhelpful roofing contractor we contacted Kirk at Roofmaster’s, within two weeks our claim was approved and a new roof had already been installed. Two weeks after that our claim for siding damage had been approved also and is already set for installation of all new siding. All of this is do to Kirk’s expertise and experience with dealing with insurance companies. The workmanship of the crew was exceptional from their work ethic and quality to all of the time they spent making sure everything was cleaned up and there were no nails or trash anywhere. We had our entire roof replaced by Roofmasters in September 2020, prior to moving into our house. Roofmasters did an exceptional job and several of our neighbors were so impressed that they hired Roofmasters to replace their roofs as well. After a particularly rainy day this September, we noticed a water spot on our downstairs ceiling. I contacted Kirk from Roofmasters who was friendly and responsive. Kirk came out to look at our roof and found a small hole near an upstairs bedroom window. Within the same day that he came to inspect our roof, Kirk sealed the hole and sealed nail heads around the surrounding area. I was so impressed with the quick and friendly service and was grateful that Kirk was able to find the problem before the next rainfall! Kirk is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Kirk worked in advance with the insurance adjusters to assess the extent of storm damage to our roof.After the damages were established, Kirk and his crew arrived on time to replace our roof. First they covered any landscaping that might be affected with dropcloths and protective coverings. They moved any patio planters and patio furniture to keep them clear.Roofmasters had a large professional crew. Each person had a great attitude and knew their role. They had the old roof off within an hour and a half. They painted and replaced all the old flashing and vents, added a new roof peak vent, and replaced some of the roof plywood. They only took a half hour break and finished the roof by 2 pm. They diligently searched and picked up any leftover shingle parts and fallen nails and replaced the patio furniture.The new roof really sets off the house! Kirk is extremely knowledgeable. He is the owner and you only deal directly with him. Not all the different departments of other companies. He knows all aspects including product, installation, and dealing with the insurance aspects. This business model also lowers overhead which means better value to the customer. He beat the competitors by several thousand dollars. His crew did a very high quality install in one day on my 50 square roof. I could not be more satisfied and would most definitely refer him to anyone in the market for a new roof.

Roofmasters is a reliable and honesty roof contractor. I had my roof shingles replaced by them last August. The owner was responsible and came to supervise the workers on the day of roof replacement. Afterwards, I noticed the reinstalled skylights leaked air. Roofmasters told me they will pay for the labor cost if I hired a certified skylights installer to reinstall my skylights. I did, and Roofmasters kept their words and reimbursed me the labors cost.
