Marc and his nephew were kind to my elderly aunt. Marc responded in a timely manner and kept communicating updates during the job. That is so uncommon in this day and age. I was very impressed with the entire process while working with BenMarc LLC. The detailed estimate provided information by phase of the project. The project was tuck pointing the stone walls in my basement. I was thrilled to find someone with experience that could do the job. The BenMarc team updated me everyday on status of project. On walk through a few items were discussed which they took care of on the spot. What service! I am very happy with the end result. Would recommend them for this type of project. Marc and his team repaired and refininshed over 1500 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring and didn't miss any details including closets and under radiators. Marc also rebuilt an entire failing staircase beautifully! These projects were in a 1922 neglected home and I couldn't be happier with the results. My experience was not only plesant, but I commend him on his prompt and clear communication and flexible scheduling with my needs.
