Justin is the best! We noticed some damage last spring after a pretty bad storm and started working with a different, very well known, company who ghosted us after charging a ton to tarp over an area of our roof. Recently, we noticed shreds of tarp in our yard and a stain on our ceiling and knew we had to take care of it quickly. Justin was out to inspect our roof the very next day after reaching out to him and 2 weeks later our completely brand new roof is DONE and fully approved by our insurance. It was extremely easy to work with Justin and it was such a quick turn around from start to finish. He stayed in constant contact with us, provided us with a ton of information and options while keeping the process very low pressure and stress free, and met and spoke with our adjustor on multiple occasions to get the best coverage with the insurance. This was the smoothest process I have ever had with a project like this and he even worked with us on our high deductible. The roof looks amazing and Justin is extremely good and knowledgeable about what he does. The crew did the roof from start to finish in less than a day, were super respectful of our property and cleaned up so well that it was like we never even had work done. I will definately be using RSG Systems Plus again when we decide to do gutters and siding.

We called Justin from RSG systems plus the day after severe storms and he was out that day inspecting our roof. Gave us a fair estimate and worked with our insurance adjuster to get everything approved. Once approved Justin set a date and time to replace our roof. Crew showed up promptly when they said they would and got the job done all in the same day! Roof looks awesome and Justin was great to deal with. I highly recommend working with Justin at RSG for for roofing and siding needs.

We had roof damage, siding damage and internal water damage on second level from the recent storms here in Ohio. We got in contact with RSG systems plus through word of mouth on how good they were and they did not disappoint. They handled everything with ease, got the job done super fast and did an amazing job. From when we first contacted them they were able to schedule the roof to be replaced and replace it within the same week, which I loved, and the finished job was great. Love the new roof, all the siding damage was fixed a couple days before the roof was installed and after the roof was done they had a guy come out and power wash the house free of charge. Plus they gave the best price to fix the roof than the other three companies we contacted. Overall would not recommend anyone else to touch your roof. Could not be happier with the price, the job done and the turn around from first contact to all repairs complete. Easy 5/5 rating.
