We had storm damage on our roof and siding from May of 2022. We had them come out for an estimate. They took care of contacting our insurance company, along with the back and forth details for the estimates. Their teams were professional and their craftsmanship was top notch. They showed up when scheduled and on time. I have gotten so many compliments on the way the house looks. I highly recommend using them.

Unbelievable service. I found these guys on Craigslist. After reading several reviews I was a little skeptical but I always noticed the owner always replied to the reviews in a professional manner and had reasonable justification for any complaint so we decided to give them a try. The office girl was professional and took the appointment. Naaman (the owner) showed up on time for the appointment to which I was late and he waited for me. The guys that installed the fence were some of the hardest working guys I've met and seriously knew their job. They worked until dark every night and through the 4th of July weekend so that my dogs didn't have to stay inside any longer. Despite a couple of spur of the moment changes I had to make they still got it done fast. The fence is absolutely beautiful and everyone that stops by loves it. I couldn't say enough about Naaman, I highly recommend him.

The company kept us updated with all parts of the process. Our overall experience with Ohio Roofing Solutions has been very good. They were quick to come out to look at our gutter, provide an estimate and get us on their schedule. The only issue we had was a slight miscommunication re: timing of the day of install but I won't hold that against them. Ralph was our installer and he did a great job. Naaman went above and beyond and provided exceptional service. I had my roof completely replaced in summer of 2021 through another company, and needless to say, I regret not finding Ohio Roofing Solutions first. This was the second time that we had Ohio roofing Solution‘s do our roof. The first was a metal roof on our 1837 house, beautiful timely and cost efficient.We recently had them replace the roof on our small house in the hilltop. Ohio roofing gave us a competitive cost.Showed up on time with 4 guys.Ripped off old roof, replaced several pieces of wood that was rotted.Installed new roof with ice guard and new ridge vent.Cleaned up after themselves, found no nails,staples or paper after they were done.Completed it all in one day.Roof looks great and have a 50 year shingle warranty.Will definitely use again when we have a need. We had a couple leaks in our roof around the plumbing vents and our neighbor recommended Ohio Roofing Solutions. We were able to schedule a quote and then have them fix them in less than one and a half weeks, and right in time before a big rainstorm. Ralph was very professional and did a great job!

We have had work done on our roof two times by Ohio Roofing Solutions and both times they went above and beyond for us. Even though our roof is only 6 years old (installed by a contractor that is now out of business), we have had a few issues with loose shingles, and this time a bad leak near an exhaust pipe. Each time ORS was very responsive and let us know exactly when they would be out and what the job would entail. Ralph did a great job tearing out the bad decking and exhaust boot and replacing it with new. When he was done he showed me pictures of the progress on his phone and explained what he did. When he asked if we had any questions i requested that he look over the rest of the roof to see if there were any problem areas he thought may need attention in the future. Ralph took it upon himself to caulk around some of our vent cans that he said were exposed a little more than they should be. He also suggested having the metal around the chimney changed because it was allowing water to pool. Not only are we are thrilled with the job they did but also their prices. We would highly recommend them to anyone with roof issues.

I was having trouble with a small leak in my basement which was correlated with a gutter issue. I had several companies come out to evaluate the problem with no luck. One company recommended I call a roofing company and I’m so glad I called Ohio Roofing Solutions. They took the time to identify the problem, were detailed in their work and provided the services they promised in a very timely manner. They took pictures of the work done on the roof and identified a few other minor issues with my gutters to monitor. I would recommend them for roofing and gutter services!

They did an excellent job installing my gutters, and were very professional. They were efficient with their time, and wasted none in their motions. The size of my house, and the angles of the gutters caused them to climb their ladder at some very awkward angles, but, they were able to successfully install them in a reasonable amount of time. I very impressed with their work, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company to replace, or repair their gutters.

Called them to about a leak I could not detect. Naaman arrived wen promised about found where it was coming from. Scheduled repair the following Friday and at a great price. Ralph from Ohio Roofing Solutions showed up at promised time, in fact they called earlier in the morning to see if they could do it today with today being a Thursday a day early. Ralph did the work, explained the repair and he was finished. Also there was no mess left.Done and clean.
