Mann Roofing and Constuction did an excellent job on our house. They were contracted to install new roofing, gutters and downspouts, siding, windows, front and rear doors, and new exterior light fixtures. They brought my front porch up to code for us though that wasn't part of the contract. The owner spared no expense in providing higher quality materials than the contract called for just as a matter of general practice. I highly recommend them for their high quality of craftsmanship and their professionalism. I'm telling all my friends and family and anyone else who will listen about the great job they did and how pleasant they are to work with.

We hired Mann Roofing & Construction to refinish our basement after wed had to gut the finished portions to accommodate repairs to our foundation. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the results!Services are competitively priced and a detailed plan with timeline and payment schedule was provided to us before work began. The owner and staff of the Mann Roofing & Construction were very professional and courteous. My family works and schools from home and we had no disruptions to our day. Suren and team at Mann Construction finished our basement in late 2018. They did an AMAZING job. They managed the fine details and kept the project tracking along on schedule and inside budget. As we presented some changes mid-project, they worked with us to assess the impacts and control costs. I've gone on to recommend Suren and team to everyone I know and he's done home additions and kitchens for our Columbus family. Suren's professionalism, planning and execution will far exceed your expectations. About halfway into the project, things were going too well and with a little research I found out that he used manage $100M projects at OSU and around Columbus, not to mention has a Master's Degree in Construction Management. Mann roofing put new shingles on our house in summer 2022. They were on time, did a splendid job, and were great to work with. Recently, January 2023, we had an issue with an old fan on top of the house that broke and left a gaping hole in our roof. They told us how to temporarily block the hole, and then Mann came over the very next day, knowing with rain in the forecast we were dealing with a dire issue. They didn't have to to do this, that old fan was not part of the roofing job, but they came over anyway, free of charge, and removed the old fan, put in a vent, and patched up the roof with the necessary wood and shingles, cleaning up all the debris after.They genuinely care about the customer; not exactly a common thing these days! Mann Roofing installed roofing, downspouts and gutters to my house initially. This occurred in June of 2020. The work turned out so well that I hired him to do additional roofing work, as well as installing a new gutter on the garage. He also changed the roofing on a shed so that it would match the color on the house and garage. Mann Roofing also further aided me by finishing the work of a contractor who did not complete the work that he was hired to to. He then gave me a 1 year warranty on it.I immediately received a compliment from my next door neighbor when they saw the finished work. The neighbors across the street stood and looked with amazement during the installation of the roof and when it was completed. I also received a compliment from a subcontractor who has done an extensive amount of work on the property. He thought Mann Roofing had painted my gutters to match the exterior color of the house. He looked extremely surprised when I informed him that Suren had ordered a matching color for the gutters and downspouts so that they wouldn't have to be painted.Finally, Suren fixed some issues I had with a handrail and a fence at a nominal charge. This goes to show the character, the compassion, and the quality of his work. This company was very unprofessional they would call and say they would be out and never showed or called this happened around 6 times. I explained over and over my 150lb Rottweiler would lose her mind if they were out there in the yard while I wasn’t at home. Only once did they call me and say we won’t be there there because of the Weather. There was a skid of wood delivered 3 weeks before the 1st time you scheduled ( killed my grass). You said my house was a mess because it was built in 1900. This house was 100% totally rebuilt in 1992. I guarantee you that the roof you put on won’t last as long. You are right the city did pay for my roof but you have no clue why that’s not your business. I was on the phone with the city guy almost every day that I talked with you. I have flowers that were trashed. There was trash left everywhere (I have a bucket)I did say the siding fix was acceptable but they threw my broken dryer vent in my yard with all the other trash you left . You told my brother that I signed off on your work that is NOT TRUE my air conditioning drain is still broken. I will be having my roof inspected because the vents look funny from the ground. So from what you said to my brother I took it like oh well she didn’t pay for it. So you don’t give the same respect to me because the city paid for it??Regina wigetService: Roof installation
