Martin did a fantastic job fixing and adding aluminum to an upper portion of our roof and replacing an old soffit. Highly recommend MK Fix It. Martin and his crew installed new vinyl siding. I contacted 3-4 other businesses, Martin was the only one who took the time to find the color siding we wanted. We wanted a barn red but that color was not available by the suppliers of the other contractors. We initially met with Martin in the fall but by the time we got things finalized it was late fall/early winter. Martin was honest and said it probably wouldn’t be until early spring until it could be installed. He noticed some spots in the existing cedar that needed patched before winter. He came out and patched the spots to make it through the winter. When we had a break in the weather, Martin contacted me add asked if his crew could get started that week. His crew came out and worked in the cold and with snow on the ground. They were friendly and very conscious about any messes. They cleaned up every day before they left. One day Martin even texted me to make sure their music wasn’t too loud (which it wasn’t). Martin was very open with suggestions and was patient when explaining what work would be done. Very happy we chose him and his business.

We had the fortunate pleasure of hiring Martin and his crew for our home renovation project. We would highly recommend them for any future renovation projects. Martin was very professional throughout the project. We had him come out to our house to quote replacing the siding and gutters. He showed up on time and had the quote back to us within a few days. Other contractors wasted our time by coming out to the house to take measurements but never sending us a quoted price. Martin's communication during the project was thorough and his responses to my questions were timely. He and his crew showed up and finished the project in the exact time frame he stated. Any issues were immediately brought to my attention and were resolved quickly and correctly. After the project was completed he and his team were very thorough in cleaning up around the house and yard. I took a walk around the house and never saw any nails, screws or 1 bit of trash or debris in the yard. You would never had known they had done any work if not for the new siding and gutters on the house. A day or 2 later I noticed a small issue that needed addressed. I called Martin and he came right out and fixed the problem. No questions asked. We can't say enough about how completely satisfied we are with the work Martin and his crew did for us and our neighbors were impressed too as several of them came up to us after the project was over to say how good the house looks.

Mk fix it has been my go-to when it comes to roof and gutter repair. I have had both gutter and soffit replacements in the front and back of the house and they have done a phenomenal job. His prices have been very reasonable and he is always very responsive when I have needed work done. Also, he even came back out and fixed a hole in the soffit that had been made by a squirrel after it had been replaced only a few days prior and didn't charge me for the repair.
