I've never had a bad experience here. I've always felt they have been attentive to what I've needed done, and have done so without ego, attitude, or frustration. And believe me, I can be a real high maintenance person.Prices for services are very reasonable compared to other companies. They also have an excellent selection of parts available on their shelves at all time. If they don't, they can always order it in quickly for you.Also, for anyone new to the rv thing, it's helpful to email Jodi a picture of your VIN. It eliminates a lot of guesswork on all parties.I drive about an hour to get here, and I wouldn't have it any other way despite having 2 places within 5 minutes of me.

Very friendly and helpful. I needed rePair parts that weren’t on hand. Ordered Friday and had the parts Monday morning. Nice people, helped lookup the right parts. Very knowledgeable about their business.

Not very happy this time, took my new camper in for a new sink sink was a different color n that was ok as discussed.. the new sink was a one hole , my existing was a two.. tho old sink was under the counter top the new sink was on top of the counter top with all those differences you would think they would send it back to get the correct sink but they installed it.. my sink cover doesn't work with this sink either to many alterations to the camper..

Hands down the best ! Bought a new Jayco Eagle Travel Trailer, easy to deal with! Great walk through when we picked it up in March, service guys were helpful in making sure truck was set up correct. Great service department as well! Paperwork was ready when we arrived at dealership. We have had it back for a few issues but got us right in and back out camping! Show room has everything to get started plus !! Highly recommended to anyone!Happy Camping !!

Called 15 min before closing time on a camper. Fortman’s left the camper open so it could be seen after hours. Sales person left a card on the inside. We decided that night we wanted and we called and left a message. I show up before opening hours with cash in hand and was told someone had it before me. They said the other customer emailed (I was not aware this was an option). So after the business opened up I stoped back out to introduce my self to the actual sales person and say if the deal falls through I will take it. I find out she is on vacation and the other sales person says no one has a deposit on it so it’s still available. I believe now the owner calls the other customer and ask for a deposit and the other customer try’s to talk him down. I thought the policy was first come first serve. Not send an email and think about it. Then make the deal later. Seems like someone knew someone else and the outsider got screwed. This is my first time leaving a review anywhere.Edit: thanks for taking them time to read my review and respond. After I looked at it last night we knew we wanted it not knowing email was the best option I opted to call so at least I made a connection. I would not have ever thought the deal was done before I arrived the next morning via email after business hours.

We needed a roof vent cover replaced asap it had rained and inside the cargo trailer was wet and the items got soaked. I explained to Fortman's our problem and the urgency because of more rain in the forecast. They were booked out until the following month, but made room for us to put a new vent cover on that same day. Now that's customer service and customer care. They have our dedicated service from now on.

We have walked away from big RV stores because of salesmen, being a number, or feeling pressured. We really enjoyed working with Fortmans. Jodi was our salesperson. She was friendly, knowlegable and professional. We also dealt with Mark and Carl. All of which were professional and friendly. A very good experience!

Good selection of parts and accessories for your camper no matter what brand you have. We always enjoy coming out to the open house which is in the spring to stock up on RV producs that are at a good deal and check out all the new model RVs Jayco is coming out with this year.

Sub-par customer service. I called in to inquire about some warranty work for my 2017 Jayco and was informed that it couldn't get done until October 31st. When I asked why so long, since it's a simple warranty fix for the window (that is not sealing currently), I was informed that I was not one of "their" customers and that they had to take care of "their" customers first. No, I did not purchase the rv from them, but people do move and circumstances do change. Sad excuse for small town customer care! I will never be one of "their" customers. I called the next closest Jayco dealer and they were able to help me on the spot! I will be one of "their" customers for now on! When I called Jayco directly, which was a very pleasant experience, they informed me that unfortunately they cannot change the attitude of this dealership as Fortmans just has the right to sell the Jayco brand. But Jayco did state that warranty work is warranty work and they get paid the same no matter who "their" customers are.

Bad customer service, Spent over 4000 dollars at Fortmans to fix my travel trailer and never finished project, After many calls to there management and 2 months later, Still haven't put on decals on travel trailer and the one they did put on is wrong...clearly this place is all about the money so beware. They sure don't care about their paying customers
