We selected West Roofing as they alleviated any concerns we had with this big of an investment. We obtained many quotes but Brian and Ryan provided a detailed proposal and explained step by step how they were going to proceed and what they were going to do. They educated us on the process would work and did not try to oversell us. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and calls every day to see if we had made a decision. What you saw was what you got = consummate professionals. We actually postponed the project for a year and they were the only company we brought back. Their communication was above and beyond - they kept us advised every step of the way. They made sure to cover any vehicles in our parking lot in case a breeze might cause overspray and possible damage. At the end of the project, we walked the roof together to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The team they sent was very professional, courteous, and outgoing. West Roofing was great for us. They completed our project in a timely manner, covered all of the cars in the parking lot to prevent any over spray and also covered the cost to detail one of the cars that did get some residual spray on it. Some of our members objected to this type of roof but we did some homework and found three other businesses that were very satisfied with West Roofing and that cemented our decision. The cost was less than half of a traditional shingled roof so with the money we saved we decided to get a maintenance contract for them to inspect it every year to stay on top of anything which may need attention.

We contracted West Roofing to replace our 12 year old roof. The cost was pretty comparable to our built-up modified roof. The old roof had seams and penetrations all over it, from day 1. The new roof is completely seamless.I was doubtful that we would get it installed this season, as time was running out. We were able to schedule and get it installed. The crew worked over time to make sure that we were water tight. They did a nice job cleaning up. We contracted with West Roofing to apply their system to our existing semi-flat roof. Brian the owner was very informative with the particular option he presented to us. The old roof had multiple areas where leaks had developed, multiple penetrations that were removed and sealed and old skylights that had become dangerous due to embrittlement that were also covered and made safe to walk over.Brian and all the members of his crew were always prompt and courteous. They provided me with almost daily updates as to the progress of the project. They provided and installed car covers for all the employees vehicles even when leaving the building and returning they reinstalled the covers!The new roof looks flawless.
