Took the money and ran.My husband and I contracted ResCom LLC to put in a concrete sidewalk and patio on our brand new home. We were given a quote. Their quote never indicated that they were going to leave our yard/patio and sidewalk ungraded. So now we have a wonderful trench around the patio and the sidewalk.(They also left my neighbor's yard a complete mess getting to my yard.)The work has still yet to be completed to finish off my pop-up drains. There's just 2 pipes and the pop up drains were never attached. Now I am having water pooling because the drains were never complete. He got paid and never came back (Never got a receipt for the payment either.)I am so disappointed in the way my sidewalk area looks. The entire time as a customer I felt "third rate" if even that high. I do not recommend this company for any project. Find someone who will do it right and not do some of it and run.

I highly recommend ResCom for home renovations. Kevin and his team did such a great job on my kitchen renovation/expansion and half bath remodel that I had them come back to remodel another bathroom. ResCom offers quality, trustworthiness, and a fair price. I will work with them again on the next project.

In response to the one star review about Rescom taking money and running is definitely not a accurate statement. I have worked with them on several occasions and always gotten the results wanted and they are very accommodating to our wants and needs. They are not a scammer type of company. They will meet or exced your expectations.
