I needed a roof totally torn off and repaired over my screened porch. I was told it may be hard to find someone to do a smaller job. I had admired work which Kingpin had done for a friend so I contacted them. They came and gave me a very reasonable, concise estimate within a day. I asked them to do the job and when he was sure the weather would work for this job, we scheduled it. Eric came to check before his crew came to complete the job. They came when expected, did the entire job in an afternoon and left the site clean and neat and as far as I can see, the roof is well done. Eric came to inspect the job and fixed a gutter for me before he left. I am very happy with his professionalism, expertise and communication. I would hire them again for a job.

Don’t hesitate to get on Kingpin’s schedule if you have roof issues. They did an incredibly beautiful job replacing our roof. Eric returned my call immediately and quickly came to assess the damage. He was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. He provided us with a detailed estimate including impressive warranties. We got a number of estimates but Eric was honest and treated us like our job was the most important. He gets on the roof and really inspects the damage. No Google Earth estimates!! I chose Kingpin Construction due to Zac's excellent communication skills. I had six-inch gutters with leaf guard and downspouts installed on my house and could not be happier with the results. Zac's crew were very respectful, kind and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and left my property in as good of the condition they found it, if not better. I feel like I received a fair price for the job well done!

We had Kingpin put a new roof on our house last summer (2023) They did a great job. They were here early and had the old roof off by noon. The guys were hard workers, and finished the job by 7:00 Pm. The roof looks wonderful, very pleased. Zach is a great guy, easy to talk to, always returns calls, I think the price was fair, I would hire again. Two thumbs up from us.

Had damage to my garage from a neighbors tree during the wind storms. Eric came out as soon as I called and was extremely helpful in getting the damage covered before a snow storm. Professionalism was top notch through the entire process, including helping with the insurance company and removing the tree! Install of new roof was seamless and looks fantastic. This Company is amazing! Called on a Friday Did a complete tear off and replacement on the following Tuesday! Also installed all new gutters same day. Very great work. Would recommend to anyone. Took a stack of business cards when he was done and will be handing them out. Also very reasonable pricing, which is what this world needs right now when all prices are through the roof! A++++

Eric and his team do great work. He has done the roof for my rental property and just installed vinyl siding on my garage. The garage was in horrible shape before and it looks brand new. I'm very happy with the fast service they provided. I called about fixing my gutters due to birds making nest in each end. They came out same day and cleaned out. Gave me a quote to repair or replace. There was no pressure for a sale. We decided to have replaced and they were out within 2 days and work was completed. Very happy with their work. We will be calling them in the near future for roofing because ours is at the end of its time.

Eric goes out of his way to call after hours to check in with you and to come over to observe the job. Eric is so chill and very easy to work with! Other than the work done (which was great), what I appreciated the most was the estimate process, Eric explained what was going on with my roof, gave me options, and did not “scare me” or pressure me into making a big financial decision I wasn’t ready to make.
