Absolutely awesome job working with everyone! They were efficient in every way coming out to the house to check things out and all of the other follow-ups including the actual roof install. Inexpensive and the shingle color that they helped me pick looks great with my gutters! They were also able to fix my chimney area and I feel that's going above and beyond because they didn't HAVE to since it wasn't specifically on the roof!

I worked with Matt for a roof replacement on our house and he was excellent.Throughout the entire experience they had superior communication in comparison with just about any contracting service I've ever used. Which is incredibly rare and important to me.Continually followed up with me and made sure they were explaining every detail. When I had to get ahold of them they answered promptly and in multiple forms of communication (email, text, call)They got us scheduled quickly and knocked out the work in one dayThe prices were considerably better than other companies we got quoted and the quality of work is top notch.Would highly recommend to anyone needing roofing work done.

IC roofing went above and beyond to make getting a new roof painless and easy. From the moment i started the insurance claim, Will was there for everything we needed. My insurance adjuster called me immediately after i filed and Will dropped everything to make sure he was able to meet the adjuster here and take a look at the roof together and point out the hail damage he had found. The adjuster even gave us a separate check to redo the drywall on the ceiling inside which i don’t think would have happened without Will’s diligence. Once everything was squared away, they got me on the schedule pretty quick and came a day earlier than planned. The crew they chose was amazing. Antonio and the guys finished removing my old roof and putting on a new one in 8 hours. My whole roof was paid for by insurance. Will came by a couple times during the process. A shingle damaged a window screen and Will was back within an hour with the repaired screen. He even showed up to inspect something for me in the pouring rain. The whole process was super efficient and i really didnt have to do anything.Service: Roof installation

We just had our roof done a few days ago. They were the least expensive quote I’ve received but the quality of their work was incredible. Will and Josh we’re both awesome to deal with. The crew that came out to do the roof was amazing. They were very professional and kept us updated all day. Our house is very tall and there isn’t a ton of room between houses. They went to each of neighbors houses and asked permission to lay down tarps and left our yard and our neighbors absolutely spotless. The roof looks fantastic. I would totally recommend these guys 1000 times over.

From the initial contact I made to the company, to the first appointment where Matt & Will came out, to the final choice of shingles (wife's final decision, understandably:)...to the day the work crew began early a.m. & worked all day to complete the project in one day! Best bid of the handful of bids we sought out. We were due to replace the roof on our home, so we began our search for who might do it. IC was an easy choice for us. Louie went above and beyond with the whole process of getting my basement cleaned out from a sump pump back up and water leak…. He made everything super easy for me by talking straight to the Insurance adjuster so I didn’t have to be the middle person!! He always answered any questions I had….He was always on time and super professional! I will definitely use them again if I have any issues and will recommend them to anyone else!

I chose IC Roofing to replace my roof last year. I chose a hometown company to fix my roof and keep the funds local because of the "pandemic". Huge mistake! They played us. Before I called IC my garage had a leaky roof and my house was fine. After their instillation, my house roof leaks and my garage is bone dry. I reported the issue and a smaller crew came to fix the leak. It still leaks. Communication broke down after that. I'm upset with my judgement because I read a review IC has problems with their post-instillation. They plugged a tool into a socket inside the house and the wind broke my door. They acknowledged it and told my elderly Auntie, oh don't worry we'll be back to fix it. Sales: Good. Installation: Great team, but missed the mark. Post-Instillation: Shoddy. If you are looking for a roofer this is NOT the place to hire. Save your time, money, and grief. I do not recommend. I highly recommend karma.Service: Roof installation

Fantastic job from start to finish! I had roof damage after the wind storm over Christmas where I lost 10-15 shingles. I had several other companies come out and look at the damage, but IC roofing was the only one who offered to make a temporary repair to prevent water damage, and this for free. A detailed inspection was made, and included a detailed written report. A supervisor was onsite at all time to ensure quality work. After the work was completed, a quality inspection was made, and the roofers came back to correct a few items. They also registered the installation with the shingles manufacturer for us, to ensure that we get the warranty. Attic insulation was really great! Had a sea of pink fiberglass pumped into my attic. They took the time to seal all air leaks and cover can lights. They were professional, on time, and inexpensive! We are going to have them do all of our rental properties now too.

We had a new roof put on about four years ago and went through an insurance inspection recently for new rates and the inspector noticed a drip edge was missing.
