I was selling my home, unfortunately, over the years my dogs had ruined the flooring of the addition. I called Kevin Mann, he did not delay sending a crew over and tear out the old flooring and seal the sub flooring. I highly recommend Mann Brothers. They worked on a previous home of mine and did an awesome job cleaning the whole house throughly after a person had unfortunately passed away in the home. Call Mann Brothers for fast and efficient, detailed work.

Mann Brothers did a wonderful job on addressing and removing some mold that was concentrated in the basement. The initial evaluation was quick and professional, with a quote coming the next day. On Friday, January 11 we experienced a small fire in our laundry room. Following the fire, we reached out to Mann Brother's for cleanup, and they were there the same day. Not only did they quickly remove the smell of smoke from the House, they also diligently cleaned the entire House, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our guests. They are currently still in the clean up process, the project will be a few days at least, but their level of service and personable and friendly nature of their staff has been exceptional.

We had water in our basement and very quickly realized we were out of our depth and called Mann Brothers after hours to help with the water remediation. They were at our house within the hour and had our entire basement cleaned out that same evening. After working through several weeks of insurance claim approvals, they came straight to work on remodeling the damaged rooms and did a phenomenal job. It looks better than it did before the damage! Everyone we talked to or dealt with through the entire process was kind and pleasant and truly cared to make sure we were happy with the work. If I ever need restoration services again - I will not hesitate to reach out to them. 100% would recommend their services to anyone.

Quality of work is garbage do not call them .you will end up just spending more money to fix what you hired them to do in the first place . there just there for that insurance check.

Let me start by saying that Mann Brothers is the only call that you need to make if you have property damage. We had a hot water tank break and water spread throughout our entire lower level of the house. Kevin Mann and his team were out immediately, surveyed the problem, and brought all hands on deck to start the mitigation process. They had our back dealing with the insurance company, and we were able to get everything that was damaged replaced. The workmanship of every crew that worked on our house was amazing, from replacing wallboard, painting, laying new carpet and floors, and carpentry. Every team that came out was respectful of our home, and at the end of every day, left the house as clean as possible. When the project was completed, we were very satisfied with the work that was done. Mann Brothers added a touch of class to our humble home.If this is your first time with an emergency restoration, understand that the nature of the business of any restoration company is triage, and emergencies come first. You may get a crew pulled off of your repairs to be part of the all hands on deck during the initial damage mitigation at a new emergency site. Realizing that a water leak has caused a mold problem in your house is a scary experience. Mann Brothers has very knowledgeable personnel and state of the art equipment to help. I was relieved with both the work they did on my house and the sincere caring of ALL the personnel, from the owner to the project manager to the actual workers. It was a fairly long process to get everything back to normal, but I am glad that I called them. I am confident that the problem was completely handled, and this is a big relief to me! Truthfully, I hope to NEVER need their services again, but I would not hesitate to call them or recommend their services to family or friends.Services: Remodeling, Water damage-related mold removal

I can't go zero so they get the 1 star. By far the worst experience of my life. Floor is separating EVERYWHERE. Now I see a window that looks like it's about to fall off the house. I'm Paul Nawrocki. Find me on messenger and I'll show you the worst work I've ever seen. Gaps between siding. Baseboard cut 2" short and still nailed in. F rating with BBB too, look it up.

We had Mann Brothers do carpeting at our son's house. They cleaned the bedroom carpeting and made a beautiful runner for the hallway for over the hardwood floors. I will definitely use them to finish some of our home projects in the future.Service: Flooring

I recently experienced storm damage to my roof causing water to get in down through interior walls. With a lack of knowledge on what to do (young, new homeowner), I had the local company Service Master out to dry out and repair the situation. They essentially tore out everything and left me with repairing the mess. Thankfully I passed a Mann Brothers marketing sign at a nearby house performing restoration. I called them and the team was so quick, personal, and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable walking through the steps and they even took care of my insurance in getting me what I needed. They are absolutely some of the friendliest and hardworking people I know!! Thank you to the team, Kevin & Michael, I appreciate you so much!

I own a prominent historic house in Mentor, the Hopkins Family house. When my house caught fire I just didn't know what to do. Kevin Mann and his team boarded up my house for free and left me alone while other companies bombarded me multiple times a day. I did my research and noticed that Mann brothers focused on quality of work and customer care so I went with them and It was a great choice. The whole staff is amazing.

High winds damaged my roof to where it needed replaced, contacted Mann Brothers and Tom Harrison came out to give me a quote and explain the insurance process to me. Couldn't be happier going with Tom and his team, dumpster, materials, and crew all showed up when they were supposed to. Job done start to finish in 1 day, had to remove snow from roof before starting. When finished, cleaned area so good you couldn't tell they were even there, roof looks great. Highly recommend. We are very pleased with the job that was done in cleaning up after our shed burned down. One man, a woman and a young girl were the crew and they were very hard workers and did a fantastic job cleaning the mess. The manager, Tom, was in contact with me on occasion many and checked on his crews a number of times while they were here.

Only chose one star because it won't allow me to pick none. Absolutely terrible service! First off,they never answer their phones, told us they would have everything done in a certain time frame, it has been 6 months. We had to push them to come and do any work, completed one thing and that was not even done properly. Left us with a torn siding and no light in the middle of winter which now we have to find service to do.Once we said we were through with them, they immediately sent us their invoice which was blown way out of proportion for the work they DIDN'T do. They were so money hungry and were so on top of getting their money but not actually do the work. They work only to satisfy themselves and not the customers. Very very unprofessional. Please don't go here.

As a result of a Christmas Morning tragedy, Mann Brothers was called upon to not only clean up a disaster, but they went above and beyond by erasing the memories left behind. These people are genuine , caring , compassionate, and truly do want to lessen the burden on the individuals who experienced an unforeseen disaster. Sometimes we cannot prepare for what is about to happen or what has happened, but Mann Brothers comes prepared and knows exactly what to do.
