Extremely Happy Homeowners!We have been looking to replace our roof for well over a year. Multiple contractors didn't keep scheduled appointments and /or made promises they didn't keep.Then we met Zack with RAW Roofing! He came out and completed a thorough inspection and then scheduled a follow-up visit with us to provide a detailed estimate. We had a scheduled roof install within 5 days. The crew arrived and completed the job start to finish within 6 hours! It was impressive - no detail left unturned! Zach and the owner Kim were on site throughout the day to oversee the project and ensure our satisfaction.5 star rating for professionalism, high quality product, and superb customer service. We recently had Raw Roofing do a complete roof replacement for us and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We called RAW to see if they could give us a quote and the next day our salesman Mike came over to look over the job to prepare a quote for us. We had a very detailed quote the following day and Mike came back to go through the quote with us which was such a nice level of professionalism. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to answer all of our question. After he left, we had additional questions and he was very responsive and took our calls every time. We had a tight deadline to get the roof completed and Mike assured us they would get it done on time and they did. Mike also told us they would bring a large crew and get the job completed in 1 day and they did. We did have to move installation day by one day due to bad weather and Sebastian (Production Manager) was an excellent communicator and keeping us in the loop. On installation day, we just couldn’t believe how many guys showed up and they all got to work immediately. Everyone of them knew their job and what needed to get done. It was quite a sight to see all of these people working together and getting the job done. In fact, the next day we had several neighbors and even our regular UPS driver tell us how impressive and smooth the whole process looked with everyone working on the roof 😀. Having this team of installers and the lead installer Israel work on our home was a pleasure, they treated our home as if it were their own. The day the roof was being installed Sebastian, Neil (Customer Satisfaction Manager) and Mike all showed up here throughout the day to look over the job and answer any questions we had. They even came back to do a final walkthrough with us to make sure we were satisfied.The only reason we called RAW to begin with was the fact that they had nearly 70 reviews on Google and they were all 5 stars. They absolutely did NOT disappoint us and here is another 5 star review.Everyone was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and our experience with Mike, Sebastian, Neil and Israel plus the entire installation team was top notch from start to finish. We highly recommend RAW roofing!

Exceptional Roof Replacement!I recently had the pleasure of working with Raw Roofing for a complete roof replacement, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional service and quality of work they provided. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, every step of the process was carried out with professionalism and expertise. They were always available to address any concerns or questions I had, and their friendly, approachable demeanor made the entire experience stress-free.They inspected the roof as well-as the attic space to minimize the surprises on install day. Very soon after they provided a quote and talked through all the numbers and each product being used. Both Zach and Tony assured me the roof could be completed in a day. I was a bit skeptical with the roof being close to 7,000 sqft. But on the day of install team after team arrived and it was like clockwork.I appreciated how they kept the work site clean and organized throughout the day. As a team finished the tear off, new teams were already cleaning up and others started setting the new roof. The project was completed on time, as promised, and the result exceeded my expectations.

We had a new roof installed by RAW Roofing last month. The team did a fantastic job from start to finish! The sales reps were extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, responded promptly to messages. They gave us options to repair or replace, we decided to replace. The cost was very reasonable. They told us what to expect on installation day - the whole job was completed in one day! Two visits after the job to inspect the work and make sure everything was in good shape. Great communication during the whole process. Jason and Tony listened to all of our concerns and crafted great solutions to get us exactly what we needed. Zach and his crew did an exceptional job getting the roof done in less than a day. Raw Roofing was a great choice for us. Tony the sales person actually walked on the roof and inspected it before making any recommendations.The day before the job, they dropped a trailer in my driveway for all the debris. The crew showed up at 6:30 am to prep the area. They tarped over all places where shingles would be dropped to protect the deck, grass, fixtures, etc. The crew of 6 worked all day until they got the job done.What was most impressive was there were two additional quality control steps. First, Tony came back out and again walked the roof for a brief inspection. However, the next day the foreman also came out and quite honestly, found an area on one of the ridges he wasn't happy with. Two guys showed up at the house the next day and re-did a small area. They could have easily let it go but they said they wanted it perfect.I would strongly recommend calling Tony at Raw Roofing.Service: Roof installation
