WOW! The curb appeal and attention to detail. I have received several compliments on the siding from neighbor's. Mickey was a huge help with choosing what materials would look great together. Nick and Eric made multiple stops to my house during the installation process. They kept things on track as well as kept me in the loop as to what was next. When we decided to reside our house we had a general idea. Mickey was the first contractor to really grasp our ideas and expand on it, helping us take it to the next level. His excitement for this transformation really gave us confidence we chose the right company. There was effort put into making sure we were going to be happy with the outcome, from samples of the materials, to how everything was going to work together and get the best results.The whole crew was efficient and professional throughout the project. There was a real push for perfection, down to the littlest detail, everything tucked in, sealed over, and capped off. In the end, it was one of the most stress free home projects we have done with amazing results all thanks to Mickey and the crew at SLE.

Nick Mitchell is a throwback professional.No funny games or shyster business.He provided a clear estimate for the roof replacement (which was very reasonable) and kept me abreast of the process as it unfolded.His crew arrived promptly and finished the job in one day.Eric, the site manager, was friendly, informative and a comforting presence as the job was being done.His crew worked hard and never asked to come inside the house for anything.They cleaned up everything and left the outside spotless of nails or debris.This is just an absolutely solid business who treats people with respect, does A+ work, and doesn’t take advantage of you.I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for roofs or any exterior work.

After having storm damage in December, 2022, leaving us with needing siding and roof replacement, and a lot of anxiety, we hiredSLE for the project. From our initial contact with Nick to working with Mickey, Michael and Eric, the entire process went flawlessly. Working with Mickey was such a pleasure. He explained everything, answered all of my questions and was very helpful in the design process. Communication was excellent throughout each phase of the project from the roof, to the siding and gutters. The crews were considerate and put down tarps where needed and cleaned up everything before they left. We are so very happy with the way the house turned out and love our new roof, siding and gutters. We can’t believe this is our house! While we aren’t done yet as we are still adding shutters, new garage door and paint, the house still looks beautiful! SLE did incredible work and really care for their customer. Silver Lining- Did an awesome job replacing a 20 yr old 2 layer roof on my home and garage in Euclid! Nick came right out to give an estimate & recommendations, which beat everyone else in town. Nick orchestrated his team of professionals within a couple of days they were on site, replaced both roofs in 1/2 a day, cleaned up, and gone just as promised. A few days later I even had them install gutter screens. No more ladders for me! CertainTeed Three dimensional roof looks awesome, No Leaks, and tight! 100% recommend.

After retiring from 30+ years of construction, we were hesitant to find someone to take on jobs we have always done ourselves. The guys at SLE have exceeded every expectation we had. They did a full tear off and replaced the roof on one of our rental properties. We showed up unannounced on site to see them magnet sweeping early in the day for nails not only on our property, but the driveway next door too. One of the owners went back at the end of the job to ensure that not only were we happy, but that both our tenants and the neighbors were content with everything as well. They were fairly priced, thorough and patient as we asked them a million questions to ensure their quality of work would be up to our standards. Silver Lining Roofing (SLR) came highly recommended from a neighbor. From the first time I met the team I understood why. They were responsive from the 1st call and took time to explain and answer all my questions. The proposals they provided were extremely detailed ensuring there were no surprises.When they started working they team was professional and provided updates every step of the way. Once the work was completed they followed up with us a few times to ensure we were happy with the work they did. They left the roof and property cleaner then when they started.The last thing to add is the quality of their work, as you don't get to "test" it. Shortly after the project was completed there was a very large storm that included a tornado. We didn't get any water damage or have any leaks.Thanks to Nick and the team!

I lost my chimney and had roof damage from a storm. SLE rebuilt the chimney and did a full tear off on my huge, steep roof. When I said I wasn't thrilled about the color of the gutter guards that were installed, they sent a crew out the next morning and replaced them all with a different color! Couldn't ask for better service. Professional, neat, organized and did a great job. Make sure to add them to your list of contractors!

SLE completed a siding replacement at my home a week ago. The work was scheduled quickly after the materials were received. The crew did an excellent job and transformed the exterior of my home. They were professional and courteous. The project managers were always easily reachable. I did get multiple quotes for the work and they had a very competitive price. They worked on the project for 5 days at the end of which the crew did a great job of cleaning up. I had a wonderful experience with Silver Lining Exteriors. My biggest praise comes from them understanding the emergency of my situation and fitting me quickly into the schedule. They were very accommodating to use a sandstone slab that we had to cap off our chimney instead of just a cement wash. The sandstone slab looks incredible and like it was a apart of it the whole time. They also made sure all holes were filled in throughout the brick to ensure there were no cracks. I’m so glad that I went with Silver Lining Exteriors for our chimney repairs.

Everything I hoped for came true with this company. Roof went smooth and installed a new skylight as well. While they were doing the main house I ended up doing the garage as well.
