ICON “mitigated” a flooded hallway in my condo building two months ago and left part of the old carpet that had been sopping wet. They also did not remove the drywall or trim that had been soaked in water for days. While dragging in their fans they busted a piece of the undamaged baseboards as well. We are now heading into the 3rd month of the hallway being left in shambles. It smells so bad and the mold is visible. They did not properly mitigate the water damage. Our HOA claims that ICON continues to delay clean up and repairs all while myself and other home owners have to live by and walk through the mess every day. Very sad. This company is not professional and I would not recommend. Photos attached.

Icon was wonderful! Many houses on street flooded and a neighbor used icon and loved working with them. I got several estimates and really liked the energy and vibe of Icon, and the price to! Brandin did the initial quote, and he touched base with me every time step of the way. He was knowledgeable and very nice. The woman in the office I spoke to several times was really wonderful. Dylan is who I worked with the day of the cleanup. He communicated clearly the whole day and did a really careful and thorough job. I appreciated them making the mess of my basement feel more manageable! I can confidently recommend these guys!

Icon sent Clayton out for a mold issue we were having. We kept trying to get rid of it on our bedroom walls but it kept coming back. After Clayton did an inspection come to find out it was completely full of mold behind the paneling. He explained what would need to be done and answered all our questions. He was very professional & knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company. Clayton did a great job. Thank you.

I used Icon Property Rescue for in-home air quality testing, air duct cleaning and mold removal services. I received exemplary service from Eric who conducted several air quality tests and helped determine our mold related issues. He was knowledgeable, personable and thoroughly investigated areas of concern.I also received top-notch service from Nick and Osmon as they worked on the duct cleaning and basement mold removal. They were professional, respectful, thorough and worked diligently. I am extremely satisfied with their work.I recommend using Icon’s services to anyone in need.

After an unexpected frozen pipe burst that flooded my downstairs, Dakota was here very quickly to start fixing the problem! He is professional, personable, and kind. He worked quickly to make sure all the equipment was set up correctly to suck up the water and get the carpets dry. He worked until nearly 3am and I never heard any sort of noise while he was working. Definitely recommend! Just ask for Dakota 😊

Our property was one of the unfortunate victims of basement flooding due to the storms in early April. This was the first time our basement had flooded and I had no idea where to start. I called my insurance agent to start the process of filing a claim and he had suggested that I contact Icon. The Icon team was able to come out same day and help us start the remidiation and drying process. Josh and his team did a fantastic job with the remidiation and cleanup and all within less than a weeks timeframe. I can't thank them enough for their attentiveness and quality of work. When I found mold on items in our basement Icon helped determine the cause of water creating the mold, contained the area to clean ( tore up/disposed of the carpet, disposed of mattresses that had been stored in the affected area, cleaned floor after carpet was removed and cleaned toys/items they could salvage ). EXTREMELY fast turn around from quoting to scheduling / completing the work. I called on a Sunday and had someone at my home the next day / received the quote that evening. The work was scheduled and completed that same week. Everyone I worked with was professional and helpful, when I had concerns or questions around the mold damage they responded to my emails quickly. The team was thorough, meticulous, and very efficient throughout the entire process - especially during the mold removal/clean up. I didn’t have the area cleared of small items (toys, laundry, etc.) when the crew arrived but they were more than willing to help me move things out of the way.

I had a flood in my finished basement because of all of the rain last week and while it’s been a nightmare, I couldn’t have been blessed by anybody more than Brandin @ ICON to help with the remediation. Not only did he arrive within 1 hour of my desperate call to ICON but he (and add’l support from ICON) worked for several hours evaluating the situation and then immediately sopping up water, setting up equipment and helping me move things around to minimize further damage. They were very sympathetic, polite and professional. What a true blessing during a difficult time! I would highly recommend!!

We had water damage on our hard wood floors. I called Josh and they were at my house within the hour. He was professional and knowledgeable. Once we decided to go with ICON, I called Josh back and told him, he left his meeting he was in to get the supplies needed. They had everything set up within an hour and gave us an air scrubber at no cost because he thought it would improve the effectiveness of the dehumidifiers.
