If you are searching for a roofing contractor, stop now. Gary and his crew at Lord's are who you need to contact. I actually didn't read the reviews on Google, (I was referred by a friend), until I went to write this review and I agree with all of them. I'm old school and this is what service was meant to be. Excellent work and they completed the job in one day. Gary also went out of his way to repair a screen that was damaged by an errant shingle falling. When you add in the excellent clean up and the fact that 10% of proceeds will go to our favorite charity we couldn't be happier! PS - this is the first Google review that I have ever written but I was so impressed with the service that I felt that it was important to let prospective customers know about the great work they do.Thanks Gary!Service: Roof installation

I am so happy to have a new roof in 1 day! The crew worked steady and tore off my old materials, replaced bad planks on the deck of my very old house, replaced the turbine with a ridge vent, added a smart vent on the back side of the main roof. It was a messy process but they cleaned up everything before dinner time. Good job guys!Gary Beatty is easy to work with. I like his humorous and happy demeanor. He aims to please and gives his honest opinions.I will use them again in the future.Helpful hints for folks getting work done of any kind from any contractor: I like to help people think about their level of preparation. Prepare ahead of time to clear away everything around your house. Remove your window screens, keep your windows and doors closed, build protective boxes or A frames over your shrubs and flowers if you mind if they get the weight of tarps and debris on them. Make your desires known of what you want protected.

Gary and Lord's Roofing team are fantastic. We wanted to see shingle samples to make sure we were getting the right color and Gary got a bunch for us to look at. We chose a shingle that was not in stock here but Gary did some research and got it shipped to us. The roof was replaced by great, hardworking crew with Gary onsite and on the roof too making sure flashing around our skylights etc were done right. He sent me regular photos of their progress from up on the roof, which was a nice touch. Cleanup was swift and thorough. We had to wait a few days for the gutters to come in but it was worth it and Gary always kept me posted. Gary and his gutter guy went out of their way to make sure we could keep our vintage downspouts and connect them to the new bigger, seamless gutters which also have excellent leaf guards. Great communication, great materials, great work/install, and great price too. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend Lord's Roofing. He quickly came to our home about a potential roofing issue noted by an unrelated home care professional. Gary was great to work with. He was very professional, honest and sincere while we were getting quotes for a roof sell our home. Even though we didn't get the roof done he was willing to write us an inspect report of the roofs condition. We love that he would donate part of proceeds to the church or your choosing. Gary is a professional and extremely knowledgeable of the business and he is easy to work with which provided us a stress free experience from beginning to completion of the job. Gary and his crew stayed on schedule for the removal/clean-up of our old roof and the installment of our new roof. Gary and his team were kind and honest. They took their time to look at all options before giving me an estimate. They were timely and professional and they even noticed my back gate latch was broken and just fixed it for no extra cost or worry. Gary is really kind and stand behind his work. Gary and his team came to my house a few weeks ago to fix a part of my roof that was collecting water when it rained. Fixed the problem and went on their way. In current environment when many won't take your call or after inspecting the job won't return your call because it is not big enough for them, glad that I was referred to Gary by my friend. From the beginning to the end, Gary was there to answer any questions we had. We had significant racoon damage that we were not aware of. We were starting to get water in our garage and knew we had to do something quickly. He took photos to show us the damage. We had three other roofing companies come to give us estimates but he stood out among the three due to the fact we sensed he genuinely cares about the customer. We were right, he was present during the entire installation and at the end did a walk around and explained everything that was done. We are delighted with the color and the quality of our new roof. Gary and his crew did a great job removing and replacing my storm damaged roof, They where very good about communication and scheduling, the work done was quality work that looks great.Clean up was great, there is absolutely no sign that my old roof was torn off which is impressive. Can’t recommend Gary and Lords roofing enough! Have had them do several jobs for us including replacing all of our gutter guards. Just a few days ago we had a small leak in our master bathroom skylight. Gary came over the same day and had it fixed!

Just want to say how blessed I was when I encountered Gary in the parking lot at Home Depot. I was asking his advice regarding my need for a very small amount of felt roofing paper and where I might be able to obtain this or if he had alternative ideas on what I could use. He said “no problem” and reached into the back of his truck, pulled out a roll of synthetic paper, handed it to me and said “take this”. Yep, he just gave it to me and wished me good luck on my project. Really saved the day he did. I really felt like God had intervened. Next time I need professional work I’ll be calling them.
