I had Bill the owner come over and give me estimate on replacing my tub with a walk-in shower. He got back with me. The very next day reasonable pricing showed up when he said he was very conscientious about keeping everything clean. He said four days that’s what it took.all top quality material. I couldn’t be more pleased a lot of work in replacing a bathroom, but they got the job completed. All the Men was courteous and made sure I was happy to every little detail. This was our second chimney cleaning with Rachel's Cleaning Services, and we also had a small repair done. Bill scheduled us in very quickly, arrived promptly, completed the work, along with figuring out that our fireplace doors simply needed a couple of screws rather than new doors. Everything was left clean as a whistle. My experience with this company has been great. Prices are reasonable, and they never try to sell me on unnecessary work. Bill and Rachel's Cleaning and Services are amazing! They've completed chimney sweeps and my properties and clients properties as well. Most recently, Bill accepted very last minute fireplace and chimney repairs that I needed completed to close a real estate transaction with only a few days notice. Bill came out next day to evaluate the issues and provide estimate. He answered lots of questions I had as the seller as well as questions from the buyers realtor. He committed to having the repairs completed before closing to prevent a closing delay. He followed through and completed chimney and fireplace repairs during our first day of snow on January 28th, 2022. He was also honest about chimney repairs he recommended be completed during warmer weather months to allow mortar and flash seal to properly cure without any potential failures. So, I was able to have the repairs that were fine in cold weather completed and leave a check with buyers to call Bill when weathers fine for the warm weather chimney repairs. I have to give this company a HUGE shout-out!!From the initial call to schedule the appointment, to the service yesterday. Doug & Cody showed up very prompt at the scheduled time (few minutes early actually) & were extremely personable. You know me I love to talk.😉Our fireplace has been cleaned before but never has it looked so good. No one has ever taken the time to explain about “fire shelves & smoke billowing” etc. they also inspected the crown on the top of the chimney & took photos which we received. They are coming back in a week or so and tune-up our gas fireplace downstairs. Who knew those needed service & cleaning too?🤷‍♀️ AND they are going to clean my dryer vents.By looking at their page I’m not sure what they don’t do!If you’re in need... I 100% recommend!!Their reviews are awesome. You won’t be disappointed.Now a load of firewood being delivered! We’re ready!!!

We had an inspection done on our fireplace in our home we just moved in. Our fireplace was in desperate need of a cleaning and was also in need of a stainless steel liner to bring our wood stove up to code. They were able to come back out very quickly to install the liner and get our fireplace ready to use and be safe for our family. I would post zero stars if possible.I hired these people for a remodel job. I fired them after finding sub standard work including: cigarette smoking in my house until my wife's asthma acted up, use of non legal substances by all 6 employees on site, leaning walls, not insulating walls, floor joists drilled too near the edge weakening my floor above. If I had the means, I would prosecute these charlatans. To top everything off, when they came to collect their tools, they took ,materials/screws and a grinding tool ;listed on the invoice.
